New Song & Video: Courtney Bell – “Lion’s Den” ft. Boogie
After releasing several singles, Courtney Bell is building the hype for the release of his follow-up to 2018’s album “10 Commandments” by dropping another single “Lion’s Den,” featuring Shady Records Boogie from forthcoming project “Poverty Stricken.”
Our boy Boogie bodied the track with reggae influenced verse and smooth, jazzy hook. Most notable lyrics are:
“Know my heart is not on auction…
Back to that packing TS at the Target…
Back to the hood, I turn office to the apartments…
I am poverty stricken, I got optimum vision…
Been transparent since the day that my father was missing…”
You can bump the new track below:
As far as Boogie himself, the Compton rapper is preparing for the follow up of “Everythings For Sale,” which will be the second release under Shady Records. Most recently, Boogie shared the behind scenes video of himself and Joey Bada$$. In the video, we can hear the short snippet of the upcoming song which interpolates Eminem’s “The Way I Am” lyrics.
Most recent Boogie feature is “Cue The Sun,” with Alycia Bella. You can watch the music video below:
