Fans believe Shade 45 radio teased new Eminem album

Eminem has been quiet lately.

Aside from dropping the remixes of “Killer” and “Venom” and jumping on a tracks with Dr. Dre, Nas, GRIP and Skylar Grey, Em did not bother himself at all in 2021.

Now, as we are into 2022, the anticipation of new Eminem album is slowly reaching to its peak.

Yesterday, Eminem’s Shade 45 radio channel on SiriusXM, tweeted the Slim Shady gif with the caption: “The hype is STILL real!!!” which made some of the fans to believe the channel is teasing new Eminem album.

Fans who believe this is a tease to the new album, might have a point, because, two years ago, Shade 45 tweeted the same and the next month Em released Music To Be Murdered By album.

Others believe that the tweet was just the celebration of Eminem’s “The Slim Shady LP” recently hitting 1 billion streams on Spotify!

Denaun Porter laughs at rumored features of Eminem’s upcoming album

Denaun Porter, who is probably the closet man to Eminem in Shady camp, had a little bit of laugh when he saw the rumored features of Eminem’s upcoming album, which has recently been spreading on reddit.

One of the Eminem fans accounts on Instagram, posted a picture of supposed features on Slim Shady’s upcoming album, which includes: The Weeknd, Andre 3000, Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Post Malone, Elton John and Nas.

Under the comments’ section, Mr. Porter replied: “Please tell me where y’all come up with these theories and how they are rumors please? I’m really interested in the process?”

Another fan account said: “So to answer your questions, the main source of rumors is a guy ob reddit that somehow in the past seemed to be able to predict something but that’s also been wrong sometimes. This one is On Thin Ice instead, an account specialized in rumors that also in the past sometimes was right and other wrong. When they are wrong they say it’s all been scrapped or delayed. Imo what fans can legit do is only trying to keep eyes and ears well open and to connect the dots… just for fun.”

On which Denaun replied: “yea who would you believe more? Some guy on Reddit or me?”

Westside Boogie talks how Rihanna changed his life forever, relationship with Eminem, new album & more

Shady Records’ Westside Boogie has recently set down on Nothing Beats Experience podcast with Smoothvega where the Compton rapper talked about Rihanna, Eminem, signing to LVRN and Shady Records, his upcoming album, mental health and more.

About Rihanna

I was on tour with Denzel Curry when Rihanna sang my ‘Ni**a Needs’ video. I had been signed to Interscope for couple of years and I still only had like 10k followers. So, when Rihanna posted me, I thought it was fake, I thought it was fake page. She posted me and my followers went up from 10K to 150k in like 30 minutes. That’s a power of Rihanna. So Rihanna singlehandedly changed my career forever. I’m forever grateful for her.

Hard times at Interscope

So, I was still on a shelve of Interscope after two years. That was tough for me. Going through ups and downs. All my friends thinking I’m super rich but I was still barely being able to take care of my kid at that time, even though I was signed to one of the biggest labels in the world.

Signing to LVRN and Shady Records

One day, my AR from Interscope told me ‘We have to figure out something. It’s that management group called LVRN and I really feel you are good match’ and at the same time, I randomly got a call from Eminem. I don’t know how the universe did that to me or why it did for me but I think its my constant belief in myself and not giving up. Got a call from Eminem. He said he wanted to meet me. Flew me out to Detroit. And next thing you know, I was signed to Eminem.

His musical influences

I’m such a singing, RnB headass ni**a. I was listening nothing but gospel music at the beginning. Then there was slowly transition to Lauryn Hill. There was a gospel movie “Sister Act 2.” Once I saw it, I thought oh I love this girl. I love Lauryn Hill. And then somehow JAY-Z was introduced into my life. I don’t know how it happened. I think that was the first artist I searched down on my own and I fell in love with Jay. And then I fell in love with Wayne. They are two artists that I ever idolized.

About Eminem

We went to the studio in Detroit. It’s always the same thing with Tracy: “Marshall’s ready for you now,” “Marshall’s ready to see you.” He’s like freaking president. And that’s the part that makes me nervous when she come by like that. Tracy, I love her but she scares me too. Eminem is dope. Before I met him, I was like ‘that’s one of the biggest rapper ever, he is not gonna act like human but then when I met him, he was like just another person trying to figure life out and that’s dope to me. He even knew my songs that was not popular. He knew those songs. He was telling me details about those songs and certain rhyme schemes I did. He was praising my bars it was best thing ever. I was like, oh, I love him. He really cares about the craft. He is so competitive, he’s not going to make you feel support, he going to kill everybody. [laughs] That’s what amazing about him.

His upcoming album

Best thing with working with Shady is that they just let me do my thing. Eminem just waits for me to bring him my new music to him. He does not put too much pressure on me. An album is done but I still have to go to the final Eminem-stage. I played the album to him couple of months ago. My problem is I always hate my songs from couple of months ago. I’m always critiquing myself. I probably have 5 to 10 album material because of that. I have a title of the album but I can’t say it.

Then Boogie continues talking about mental health. You can watch the full interview below:

Dr. Dre reveals a title of his new album!

Dr. Dre has just revealed that he has completed recording a new album with English singer and songwriter Marsha Ambrosius. The album will be titled “Casablanco.”

“I just finished recording an album with Marsha Ambrosius. “Casablanco” – I had a blast! This is some of my best work!” said Dre on his Instagram post.

Dr. Dre and Marsha Ambrosius have previously collaborated on the legendary west-coast rapper’s 2015 album, titled Compton, for several tracks including “Satisfaction,” “Darkside/Gone,” “All in a Day’s Work,” and “Genocide,” also featuring Kendrick Lamar.

What we know about the project? Some of the music will debut through GTA Online: The Contract, releasing December 15. It is also confirmed that the album features Anderson .Paak, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes and Eminem.

Aftermath Producer Dem Jointz shared Dr. Dre’s post with the caption: “CasaBlanco 2022, Dre x Marsha.” Which means, the album is dropping in 2022 but we will not be waiting too long as Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige are set to perform at Super Bowl on February 13, 2022 and GTA is releasing on December 15, 2021. “Casablanco” will probably be released between these two dates.

Westside Boogie confirms new album is done, talks Kendrick Lamar comparisons & more

Shady Records’ Westside Boogie has recently set down with HotNewHipHop for an exclusive interview where the Compton rapper revealed that his long-awaited new album, the follow-up of “Everythings For Sale” is around the corner.

Boogie also talked about plans for collaboration album with Smino, why signing to Eminem was the right choice, relationship with GRIP and much more. You can check out the interview below!

On his new album

I think Everythings For Sale was so good, I just want to make sure…Yeah, I’m a perfectionist. I know everybody like, over-uses that word, but I really am a perfectionist. And I won’t put it out unless I believe in it all the way, now I’m finally at a space to where I’m really focused on figuring out paperwork and stuff out now, so now I’m just trolling people at this point. But yeah album done, I’m ready to drop this one and drop another one. I’m just grateful that my fans still waited this long, cause I’d be pissed.

“New album is dropping in the first quarter of 2022” – Westside Boogie

On GRIP, Dreamville, TDE and comparison with Kendrick Lamar

When I saw GRIP signed to Shady, I reached out. Well, he might have reached out first on Instagram. But then I told him, hit me when he was in LA, I just want to make sure we connect, ‘cause Shady Records you know what I’m saying, we’ve got TDE and Dreamvilles running around like they the biggest gangs in America.

I’m cool when they put me in a box with them like, okay, the three, my three favorite rappers, but it’s when they start comparing me to Kendrick. That’s the one, like that’s my favorite rapper too, but it’s also, I’m competitive. So it’s like I think it’d be… sometimes I know the story is similar, we both from Compton, both rap good, but it’s like oh it’s like the same thing and it’s just like lazy listeners…

On Eminem

“I think it was Paul Rosenberg who heard my music first. He just played stuff for Eminem, and what was dope about first meeting Eminem is he didn’t know like, I mean, he knew ‘em, but he wasn’t talking to me about my bigger songs, he was talking to me about the album cuts and the ins and outs of flows that I didn’t think he would know. And that’s what made me trust him because I knew he coming to me because he really f*ck with my music.

On joint album with Smino

Me and Smino have been talking about this project for probably a year. It’s just timing and getting into a studio. We got some records together. Smino’s on my album, I probably shouldn’t say that, but that’s my boy.
