Yesterday, Snoop Dogg did an interview on Drink Champs where the crew talked about the Super Bowl halftime performance and NORE revealed the conversation he had with Jay-Z, who did everything to bring the hip-hop superstars on the biggest stage of the world.
“I said to Jay-Z, I have to ask this straight up. ‘Who is gonna perform at NFL?’ and he said to me ‘I’m sorry for everybody who don’t understand. The white guy called for 50 Cent.’ I said, who is the white guy? Jimmy Iovine? And he said no, EMINEM called directly for Fifty and he said I can’t do it if I can’t bring 50 with me. That’s spiritful.” said NORE.
Then Snoop Dogg says: “Of course, that’s his guy! And guess who’s Dre’s guy? It’s me!”
Back in February Dr. Dre performed at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI halftime show where the legendary producer brought out Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, and Anderson .Paak.
After the performance, Dr. Dre faced some criticism from disappointed fans that certain songs and rappers were not included in the show.
Yesterday, Snoop Dogg appeared on Drink Champs with NORE and DJ EFN where he briefly talked about the Super Bowl halftime show.
“What people do not understand is, he did not do nothing from the Ruthless catalog, the Death Row catalog, nothing from Snoop Dogg’s catalog… He only had 12 minutes. What could you do in twelve f**king minutes where you could satisfy everybody? … You gonna miss a beat, where was Ice Cube? That is the ace in the hole.” said Snoop.
Later in the interview, Snoop revealed that Dr. Dre did not originally wanted to perform at the Super Bowl: “Dre called to say, ‘They want me to do the Super Bowl, I do not know if I wanna do it. One thing you gotta know about Dr. Dre, is he is a guy that’s in the moment. So if he do not feel like he is got a record that is relevant at the moment, then he do not think he is the moment.”
“Convincing him was more or less about ‘ni**a I’m with you.’ When the Dogg stands with you your confidence level goes up to roof. And once you get the Dogg next call is ‘Hi, My Name Is.’ I ain’t suggest no motherf**king thing. Only thing I suggested I was like ‘can we do G Tang’ cause I felt like that song was pinnacle moment of who we are.” Snoop added.
Cole Bennett, who has previously directed two Eminem’s music videos, “Godzilla,” featuring Juice WRLD and “GNAT” from Music To Be Murdered By album, is preparing to direct his first ever movie, and he might bring Eminem back to the big screen.
“I can not wait to direct my first movie.” wrote the young music director on Twitter on which an Eminem fan account replied: “Bring Eminem back to big screen.” Cole responded with: “Might have to…”
This is not the first time Bennett expressed his desire to work with Eminem on a movie. Back in 2020, Cole posted a picture on his Instagram story with the caption: “Working with Eminem is surreal every time. I hope to one day work on a full length feature film with him once I step into the narrative world.”
Last month Wack 100 said that The Game is releasing Eminem-diss record, titled “Black Slim Shady,” as his next promotional single for his upcoming album but the track has not seen the light of the day yet.
Surprisingly, one of the most iconic battle rappers, Dizaster has already heard the response from Eminem to the track that has not been released yet.
“Last week I heard the response to the Eminem diss record Game is gonna drop, and let me just say after this, The Game is most likely finished… HOLY F**K.” – Wrote Dizaster on Twitter.

After an incredible two nights of WrestleMania, Tommy Dreamer, Dave LaGreca, Bully Ray and Mark Henry discuss their favorite WrestleMania entrances from across the decades, and then discuss Cody Rhodes from WrestleMania and what his future might look like now that the American Nightmare is back in the WWE!
The entire episode was dedicated to iconic WrestleMania entrances. Powerlifter, Olympic weightlifter, strongman, and retired professional wrestler, Mark Henry specifically mentioned WWE icon John Cena’s WrestleMania 25 entrance, where he had an army of look-alikes as he entered the ring, just like Eminem at the MTV Video Music Awards.
“I am going to let you all know that first off, I am a big Eminem fan. That being said, Mr. Bully Ray, when John Cena did the army of John Cenas like Eminem did Eminems – going out on stage and the way they walked to the ring on both sides, and then they came together like a military time and they all had their heads down like they’re bowing to the ring. And then you hear Cena’s music and they split over and did a uniform salute at the same time, and suddenly John Cena came out and they started doing the ‘You can’t see me’. That made me a fan again.” said Henry.

50 Cent is back clowning Young Buck for his alleged past relationship with a trans woman.
Yesterday, Buck blamed Fifty for forcing him into bankruptcy and Fifty took the opportunity to make fun of Buck alongside with Benzino.
“Young Buck, Benzino just embrace who you are but don’t pat nobody butt when they score a basket fool. LOL Hahaha, Nah. FOR REAL! PUNK!” wrote 50 Cent in the caption while sharing a recording of Benzino talking about his sexual preferences and calling himself a “alpha male,” but Buck has nothing to do with the clip.

Later, 50 Cent shared another clip where Benzino talks to another trans woman.

Rass Kass has recently done an interview with HipHopDX where the legendary rapper talked about how he made Jay-Z’s artists Eminem believer.
“We had couple of shows where Eminem opened up for me. I came out before Em that’s all, I had an opportunity before him. I brought one of Jay-Z’s artists with me one time and told him who Eminem was before Eminem was ‘Eminem’. He was from New York, Brooklyn and he was like ‘naah, white boy? Pff..’ We were in Detroit and he was opening up for me and I said to him ‘Eminem is better than 95% of us.’ He was like ‘NAAH’ especially being from New York. And then I said ‘I’m sorry I’m wrong. He’s better than 99.9% of us.’ He was like ‘get the f**k outta here, son. bla bla bla.’ He want back to Jay-Z and told him that. That was way before Em blew up. Way before ‘Renegade.’ Jay-Z had never heard of Eminem.”

Benzino has recently chatted with VLAD TV where the former The Source talked about squashing 20-years old beef with Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″ attacking his daughter Coi Leray on Twitter.
“Eminem’s fans are probably the most disrespectful fans but disrespectful in a way that they love their artist and you know what? I understand. They come at me with the stuff you can’t imagine and it’s been for years. I tried the ways to ignore it but the only way that I can put this to an end to not mess up my kid’s career, is to say, what I probably should have said long time ago, is that Eminem is a part of hip-hop. Eminem is a dope artist. He is a part of hip-hop regardless of what he said or done. People change. Who am I to judge.” said Benzino
“It’s not like I never liked Eminem songs. I like bunch of his songs. It’s not like he’s disrespecting me. It’s his fans. His fans are the worst bro. They are disrespectful. But Eminem is a part of hip-hop culture. He’s one of the best that ever rocked the mic. He’s very lyrically talented and if that’s what his fans needed to hear so that they can leave me alone, then so be it.” Benzino added.
Later in the interview, Zino talked about Royce attacking his daughter Coi Leray on Twitter: “Royce said pretty nasty things about my daughter and I’m hoping that he finds within himself to apologize. I believe what he said was not wanted. I hope he sees me being a bigger man and he can be a bigger man to apologize the s**t that he said about Coi because I took that serious. I will be in Detroit soon. Hopefully we can get face to face and it would be his best interest to apologize.”
In the latest episode of UPROXX’s newest show called FRESH PAIR, The Game tells Just Blaze and Katty Customs tells the reason he wants to battle Eminem.
“When I say what I said about Em it is to challenge him. To challenge hip-hop. To ignite a rap wire. Not to pull up the stress but ni**a pull up and rap! Aftermath put up Eminem like he’s a ‘Rap God’ but when dissected by myself I don’t feel like he’s better rapper than me. That’s all I was saying.”
“For me to take a shot at Em like that it does not seem well to people because to them he’s a Rap God and I just feel like Rap God, where? At one point, I did. When I was signed to Aftermath cause I was loyal and Interscope had me thinking that he was better than everybody else. At one point of my career, I was thinking Em was better than Jay just based of ‘Renegade’ because The Source magazine said that Eminem got Jay on that verse. I thought that too until I became a vet, a legend in this game.”

“Foolish Pride” was recorded in spring of 1990, when Eminem was 15 years old and it was unearthed by The Source magazine in late 2003. It was presented to the public in an effort to portray Eminem as a racist, motivated by the fact Eminem had an ongoing beef with The Source owners Ray Benzino and Dave Mays, that started in 2002.
On November 18, 2003, The Source held a press conference where they played snippets of the two tracks and later released it on CD in January 2004.
In one of his interviews, Eminem responded: “The tape they played today was something I made out of anger, stupidity and frustration when I was a teenager. I’d just broken up with my girlfriend, who was African-American, and I reacted like the angry, stupid kid I was. I hope people will take it for the foolishness that it was, not for what somebody is trying to make it into today.”
Eminem also apologized in a song “Yellow Brick Road.” from Encore album where he raps: “But I have heard people say they heard the tape and it ain’t that bad But it was; I singled out a whole race and for that I apologize, I was wrong ’cause no matter what color a girl is, she is still a ho.”
In a recent interview with VLAD TV, Bizarre said Eminem was angry at every other race but The Source magazine edited it out and only left “black girl” in the lyrics.
“I did not know the song existed. That was way before my time. Eminem was with another group by that time so I knew nothing about it. The song was cut off and edited. He was freestyling and was naming all type of races but The Source just edited the ‘black girl’ part and made it sound like racist. I got that information for you.” – said Bizzare.
On this day (April 11), 16 years ago in 2006, Big Proof was shot and killed in Detroit.

The Game has recently appearing on his Instagram live to confirmed that lyrics of “Black Slim Shady,” that surfaced on Genius are fake. In the song, the Compton rapper is supposedly dissing Eminem and as Wack 100 said, the single is around the corner.

I hopped on live to hola at Rap Genius, them ni**as put some lyrics up, talking about it was my lyrics of f**king ‘Black Slim Shady.’ It ain’t my lyrics, I did not write that garbage s**t. Better know, when Game comes, that s**t’d be official.”
