Elton John slammed for criticizing DaBaby while being a friend with Eminem

Legendary British singer Elton John has been accused of double standards after criticizing rapper DaBaby’s homophobic comments.

Elton shared the stats about HIV that affects more than 70 million people worldwide in his statement as he lashed out at DaBaby.

Some social media users slammed Elton John because they think Elton has never spoken against Eminem for homophobic lyrics and instead chose to work with Slim Shady, specifically, performing “Stan” with him at the Grammy Awards.

Today, 12 years ago, Eminem dropped “The Warning”

On this day, exactly 12 years ago (July 30, 2009), Eminem dropped one of the most lethal diss tracks in history, “The Warning,” produced by Dr. Dre, as a response to Mariah Carey’s “Obsessed” song.

Even though the song was not released as a single or as part of an album, “The Warning” appeared on three Billboard charts, including US Rap Songs charts.

Some of the memorable lyrics include: “Listen, girly, surely you don’t want me to talk about how I nutted early ’cause I eja**lated prematurely and bust all over your belly and you almost started hurling and said I was gross, go get a towel, your stomach’s curling.”

Carey did not publicly respond to “The Warning”, but in September 2010, his then husband Nick Cannon, who was also dissed in the song, responded with a song titled “I’m a Slick Rick.”

“The Warning” is considered the downfall of Mariah Carey’s spectacular career.

RJ Payne to drop new album entirely produced by Royce 5’9″

Last year, Eminem did an interview with Lil Wayne on Apple Music’s Beats 1 for Young Money Radio show where the two GOATS gave super shout out to Philly rapper RJ Payne.

During the interview, Em tells Weezy: “RJ Payne, you know him? Yo, he kinda had resurgence lately. I know he’s not a new artist but man, he’s f**kin’ animal bro.”

Payne used those words as an intro for his song, titled “He’s F**king Animal” and dropped the album right after it, revealing Eminem and Lil Wayne got him motivated.

Now, the Philly lyricist has revealed that his upcoming album is entirely produced by Royce Da 5’9″ and it is dropping in couple of weeks.

Royce 5’9″ says he’s disappointed in Eminem & Slaughterhouse for not showing support in Lupe Fiasco beef

Following Royce Da 5’9″ and Lupe Fiasco dropping a diss-tracks on each other, “Silence of the Lambda” and “Steve Jobs” respectively, Mickey Factz also jumped into beef on Fiasco’s side, hitting Royce with another diss-track, titled “Wraith.”

In a recent Live session on Instagram, Royce expressed his disappointment with some of his fellow lyrical-spitters “Speaking of Crook and Joell, what are they up to? Watching me get jumped on? You know what I would be doing right now if somebody pulled this on one of my loved ones? I would have been rapped. I am disappointed in Crooked, I am disappointed in Joell, I am disappointed in King Los, I am disappointed in Grafh, I am disappointed in Joyner Lucas, I am disappointed in Marshall… Nah, I ain’t disappointed in Marshall.”

“Those people right there I just named are very close loved ones. Never should you sit back and watch me. It is not about trusting me, that is not the point I am making. It is not about them wondering if I can handle myself in rapping. It is the fact that you are looking at me, and you are looking at two other individuals gang up on me on some lyrical shit, and you just sitting there watching.” said Royce.

When asked whether or not Eminem has weighed in yet, Royce shakes his head, saying: “I do not think it made its way to the f**kin’ Android Metro phone [laughs] I do not think it is that f**kin big! Has not reached the Batphone yet.”

Behind The Music documentary: Eminem talks about LL Cool J

iHeartRadio has launched Behind the Music, a new podcast that will adapt episodes from the original MTV/VH1 documentary series. The podcast premiered today as the rebooted Behind the Music television series on Paramount+.

The first episode is dedicated to hip-hop legend, LL Cool J where Eminem also appeared to talk about LL’s influence on him when growing up.

“I think LL Cool J has been so vital to broadening the horizons of hip-hop.”

“For my eleventh birthday. I got the radio tape. And in that moment, I was into it. And I just think about having his posters everywhere. I would say he had big impact on me early on. He gave me more confidence. Little more self-belief. The swagger that he had, if I can portray that swagger, I can go to school and kids might think I’m cool.”

“LL Cool J got me this chain too. Since I was a little kid, I always wanted a chain. I was recording with Rick Rubin and I was like, ‘Yo, can you ask LL where he got his chains from?’ So he had these made and sent them to me.” says Eminem.

Then the Detroit legend continues talking about LL’s music. At the end of the video, LL also got few words for Em: “I love Em. I think he’s such a good dude. It just feels so good that you know you inspired other great artists.”

Prince Eazy explains why he joined Nick Cannon to diss Eminem even though he’s one of his favorites

Back in 2019, Nick Cannon kind of reignited beef with Eminem by boasting in the media that he was looking him in Detroit to fight but Em didn’t show up. As a result, Eminem took shots at Nick on Fat Joe’s “Lord Above“ track.

The California comedian, rapper and media personality responded with three diss tracks. In the first two diss songs, titled “The Invitation” and “Pray For Him“ respectively, Nick Cannon was assisted by Chicago rapper Prince Eazy, who said that infamous words: “God should’ve taken Eminem’s life instead of Juice WRLD.”

Yesterday, Prince Eazy sat down with Manny Akiio on “Off The Porch” show, where he explained why he backed Nick Cannon even though Eminem is one of his favorite rappers of all time. \

“A lot of ni**as talk s**t about Nick Cannon cause they see the goofy him on Wild N’ Out show, but they do not know that man paying for people funerals in Chicago and all type of s**t and never bragged about it once. Bro, how could you not respect a ni**a like that. It is so much on the internet that you all see but you all do not see that happening outside the internet.”

“Nick is my brother, I love Nick. You see that why I dissed Eminem for and Eminem is one of my favorite rappers. This ni**a Eminem is a monster, if you think Eminem can not rap, you stupid. He is a monster, he get busy, he even murdered his mama, period. He do not got no f**ks about life, he is a f**king GOAT. And Nick’s getting ate the f**k up, he needed help. I got you bro come on. Few days ago, REVOLT network kicked off their new show, titled “Off Top” where they will be inviting guests for freestyle sessions and exclusive interviews.

In the first episode, the hosts Rapsody and Big Tigger sat down with Griselda’s Conway The Machine, where the Buffalo-rapper was asked to name his picks for Mount Rushmore of rap.

“Jay-Z, Eminem, Nas Escobar and Christopher Wallace (Notorious B.I.G.). However though, If I am able to do another 4. This is my 4 who I feel like, super unf**kwithable. 18-year-old cancer survivor recalls meeting Eminem in 2019

About two years ago, in February 2019, Eminem visited Australia as a part of his Rapture Tour. The Rap God took his time to meet kids suffering from cancer through Make-A-Wish foundation.

Now 18 years old Alex Beulke, who overcame the Ewing’s Sarcoma, tells a story behind her meeting with the Detroit legend:

“Eminem was a little bit shy, but I got to spend half an hour with him. I just expected five minutes. He gave us a massive gift bag that had everything you could buy at the merchandise stand. Then he signed whatever we wanted him to sign and let us take photos.”

“The first question I asked him was what his favorite song was of all his music, and he said either “Lose Yourself” or “Mockingbird” because that is something for his daughters. I also asked him who his favorite artist was to collaborate with, and he said, Royce Da 5’9” or Dr. Dre. But he also asked me some questions. He was really interested in my music, and he was really impressed because he thought I might only like rap music, but I have a very broad range. And I got to a Phil Collins concert earlier that month, so he was really impressed with the broad range. He asked me how many people the Melbourne stadium holds, and I said a hundred thousand but that you expect about 80,000 people to come, and he was just blown away by that. Even on stage that night, he said, ‘This is the most amount of people I have ever seen in one area’.”

“Even to this day, thinking about it makes me smile. I can go back to that memory and think about it and automatically be happy again because it was a phenomenal experience and something I will never forget for the rest of my life.” said Alex.

GRIP reveals release date of his Shady Records debut album

Since signing distribution deal with Eminem’s Shady Records, GRIP released “Gutter” single from his upcoming album under Shady, featuring Wara and produced by TU!.

Few days later GRIP was stopped by Infinite Vibes radio where he spit some heavy bars over the instrumental to Eminem and Dr. Dre’s 1999 classic song “Role Model.”

The Atlanta native also revealed that his upcoming album includes a song with Eminem.

Since then, fans have been waiting GRIP to drop every Friday but all in vain. However, the wait will soon be over as the album drops in ‘couple of weeks’ so expected album arrival date is August 13.

Mickey Factz releases Royce Da 5’9″ diss track

A falling between two hip-hop titans Royce 5’9″ and Lupe Fiasco occurred last week. The two emcees released diss-tracks aimed at each other. Of course this clash will go down in history as the battle of two great emcees.

Few days ago, on his Instagram Live, Royce called out Mickey Factz. Today, The New York rapper unleashed his response track to the Detroit legend, titled “Wraith,” produced by AWSME J.

The track includes few Eminem references:

“It’s like they only want them on top of their casket, damn, Pay the price for acting ladylike, We rarely see black Eminems, Kinda Shady right?”

“Hov took you off Renegade like it was custody.”

“Lupe is my brother and I’ma ride with him stubbornly, Defending the best and nevertheless, Adrenaline been in my chest, He getting regrets for ever discrediting vets, While living off Eminem’s mess, He got a song with ‘Kiss and Fab.”

Factz also namedropped Slaughterhouse: “Better reunite Slaughterhouse or get cut, you need your band aid.”
