Battle rappers react after Mickey Factz says Eminem can beat anyone

Mickey Factz has recently shaken the battle rap world. Couple of days ago, the New York City MC tweeted that Slim Shady will not lose to any battle rapper if he comes back to the battle rap scene: “Eminem in a battle on any league wouldn’t lose. To anybody on his return. 100% winning in the building. The polls would also be broken. Just a fact of life.”

Few hours later, Mickey Factz received backlash from battle rappers and their fans, but some of them agreed. John John DaDon replied: “Saying Eminem can’t be beat in a battle by an active battle rapper is like saying Dirk Nowitzki could come back & win MVP right now! Probably the best rhymer of all time but bar for bar ni–as would pack him! The gas won’t help him.”

Real Deal also responded: “Do people think Eminem is going to show up to a battle rap stage and say “My bum is on your lips my bum is on your lips”. Again, he is going to rap. You won’t surely stand a chance to beat him on the polls or in a venue that you can pack out. Your only chance is a small room and even then how do you prove you “beat” him.”

Yunus also weighed in: “Imma keep it a stack, and this is probably the unpopular opinion, Eminem cookin at least 90% of battle rappers. Go listen to that KILLSHOT track he had for MGK and tell me that ain’t enough proof.”

Then Real Sikh entered the conversation: “Eminem prolly my FAVORITE, He’s an alien wit rhymin, and if he battled he would have some s–t! BUT, not for 3 rounds. It’s different when 20 mins passed and its only round 2, you tired and gotta keep up personality, projection, energy, lyricism AND be digestible.”

On that, LOSO replied: “Bro … i get what you’re trying to say … but 90% of the fans in that room won’t know what a PG or a crucible is lol. They literally will be Eminem fans. So on a technical, Battle rap era, 2024 lens sense … yea he would lose. But in all reality, He won’t lol.”

A.Ward also shared his opinion: “I definitely think Eminem could beat 95% of Yall. Not me though lol.” On that, Mike P replied: “My exact thoughts. “maybe y’all””

The Saurus said: “I dunno why the “if Eminem did a battle” convo has resurfaced but I’m definitely going back to sleep to avoid hearing it.”

During a recent in Clubhouse, Aye Verb said: “Can Eminem rap words with anybody on the planet? Yes. Can he fight against our top fighters? No. Impossible. I know some people who wanna challenge that theory but you shouldn’t cause I’m god here. That won’t happen. Not our dangerous frontline guys but anybody else? Absolutely. He’s phenomenal rapper but battle MC is not the same thing.” On which Yoshi responded: “I disagree. That’s Eminem. I got him smoking pretty much everybody. He’s amazing.”

Later, Mickey Factz and battle rapper Jay Blac did an interview with Threeletterman3 and Jay basically agreed what Mickey Said. You can check entire thing in the video below:

Bizarre recalls losing rap battle to Eminem, talks about D12, Big Proof & much more

Bizarre has recently done “Off The Porch” interview with Mikala Horne on Dirty Glove Bastard.

During the conversation Biz broke down the different miles of Detroit, his childhood growing up in 7 Mile, childhood story of getting hit in the face, jumping off the porch at the 18, how he has navigated throughout his life and learning how to move cautiously, thoughts on the new generation, started rapping in the fifth grade and it leading into his rap name, being influenced by Scarface and Redman, his mom making him rap at churches and auditioning, his experience with battle rapping, Eminem being judged off his race during battle rapping, Big Proof creating the group, the creative concept behind the shower caps, rules back in the day when it came to the industry, not having a lot of support when they first came out, Jay Electronica doing videography for D12, smoke sessions with Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg and more!

“Back in the days, it was like ‘white man can’t jump.’ That’s the best way I can describe. It was always like ‘man who is this white boy? but once Eminem opened his mouth and started rapping they were like ‘ohh, s**t, this white boy nice.’ So people who knew he was nice there was no doubt about it but we were always constantly going to new environments, so when we were going to new environment, I already kinda knew ‘alright there’s going to be some bulls**t’ and then when Em opened his mouth and before he even finished his verse, there was already believers, so yeah, there were lots of doubters cause Detroit is 90% black city. Lots of ni**as bet money cause they thought they gonna be able to beat Eminem in battle.” said the D12 emcee.

When interviewer asked about him battling Eminem, Bizarre responded: “I did battle Eminem before. Did I win? NAAAH, NAAH [Laughs] but I did not lose to a lot of people, I lost to him and I lost to Swifty McVay before.”

“There was a process of elimination when battling. It might have been 50 people in this battle so If I win, I just win the first round. I still got like five other rounds to go and then if I win the whole battle, then I can battle Eminem because he was the champion, he was just on the sidelines, waiting to see who gonna win out of this 50 people.” – Bizarre added.

Hollow Da Don talks meeting Eminem & possibility of Slim Shady coming back to battle rap

One of the finest battle rappers, Hollow Da Don has recently set down with Mikey T on Report Card Radio where he talked about Eminem, Joe Budden, 50 Cent, Cassidy, ARAB and many other things.

Hollow was a little bit surprised when he heard Murda Mook is Eminem’s favorite battle rapper from Mikey T.

“Eminem’s favorite battle rapper is Murda Mook? It must be now cause it used to be me and then it was Dizaster and now it must be Mook. He got switches just like NBA, we ain’t trippin’. There are couple of Eminem interviews where he talks about me but shout out Mook!” – said Da Don.

Later, the two talked about the possibility of Eminem coming back to battle world scene.

“No. There is no chance. I think Royce is just shooting the s**t up. I know hell of a people who work with Shady. I’ve been around Shady Records years before. Total Slaughter. I was around Alchemist, that’s Eminem’s DJ. I’ve been there when Eminem was performing with JAY-Z with David Letterman. I met Eminem the day he dropped Recovery. I was there with Royce and Eminem in a green room on a fest. Nobody met Em. There were hella other celebrities in the building. That ni**a Eminem performed and ditched. I’m kinda same way. Some people don’t really want to chill, they don’t like club scenes, I’m not gonna say I know Eminem closely but I don’t think he’d ever battle because he’s more like self type person. He will come out maybe to battle JAY-Z or NAS or somebody he feels like is in his pocket.” said Hallow

At one point of the interview, Mikey asked “Was it Eminem personally telling you you were his favorite battle rapper?” on which Queens, New York-born battle rapper replied:

“Yeah, he was like ‘Yo man, I know who you are, you are my favorite!  And then Paul Rosenberg was like ‘yo Em c’mon man, I don’t know who the f**k is this.’ It was me Paul, Em, Alchemist and Denaun Porter, shout out to Mr. Porter. That day was one of the highlights of my life. I don’t usually get to meet my idols. I ain’t met JAY-Z. I met Jada but it was mad quick. I don’t get to meet my idols so meeting Eminem was crazy.”

Royce 5’9″ reveals Eminem’s favorite battle rapper, talks potential Shady & Cassidy battle

Royce Da 5’9″ has recently set down with Mikey T of Report Card Radio, where he talked about meeting Eminem at Usher’s concert, Bad Meets Evil, signing Slaughterhouse to Shady Records and the potential rap battle with Cassidy.

I will say this, Cassidy will have a better shot at Em responding to him with a diss record. Then we would be getting him to come to the battle rap stage and commit to 3 rounds on camera and give somebody ownership of his likeness and that content. But, I do not see him doing that, I do not see a scenario where that would even make sense, somebody of his magnitude. He would be better off just doing it on his own platform and then who would he single out to battle and what would be the purpose.

But Eminem is definitely tuned in, he loves Murda Mook. I think Mook is his favorite right now, but he definitely tuned in, definitely love the battle rap scene. I am sure he fantasizes about that s**t. It is a whole bunch of s**t that he can not do no more that he used to be able to do that he wish he could still do but he just can not because he is just too larger than life.

Battle rap is what what he knows. I mean, it was obviously different when he was actively doing it but there is some truth to a lot of the anecdotal things that everybody regurgitates. I guess if any pivot into any space, its going to require some adjustments, but you know man, the pen is the pen.” says Royce.

Murda Mook blames battle rappers for Eminem backing off “Total Slaughter”

Murda Mook and Loaded Lux has recently set down with No Jumper where they recall working with Eminem and Dre for Total Slaughter and they revealed the reason the show didn’t blow up.

“I blame the battle rappers. Then the leagues that banned against it. And then fans for being gullible enough cause they were f**king with it. Initially, all of a sudden they see battle rappers and leagues and then they were like: ‘you know what? you are right man! This ain’t right. WE supposed to be here. We supposed to look like two ni**as arguing, two black hood street ni**as arguing with ni**as behind them, so when all the money really was supposed to come in, they were like ni**as arguing about it. They were like ‘we ain’t gonna get anything and these ni**as will get millions of dollars.’

“The way they set it up for us, that s**t was amazing! We were off to the races and Eminem and Dr. Dre was involved but them ni**as scared them away. And you know what Em does? Em doesn’t say ‘f**k them.’ He was like ‘oh s**t. my fault you all. I’m sorry. I don’t want to disrespect your show, Imma fall back.” This is the kind of person he is. He felt bad. He felt like he f**ked it up.” said Murda Mook

Battle rap legends Murda Mook & Math Hoffa explain greatness of Eminem

About a year ago, Murda Mook hit Math Hoffa on his “MY EXPERT OPINION” show where the crew discussed the possibility of Eminem returning to a battle rap scene, why MGK and Nick Cannon lost the beef with Em and more.

“I am disgusted at you for being in this battle rap culture and saying you do not think Eminem can come and battle. This is literally how he became Eminem to you. The s**t we are doing, he WAS doing that! This is what he does! His verse on “Lord Above” .. Everything is double entendre.” says Murda Mook

“No bulls**t but I’m more on inside of Eminem’s camp trust me. There is strong possibility that he might come back to battle rap cause he really loves it. Remember ‘Rap God’ ? That was the challenge for every rapper in the industry! He told us ‘I dare you ni**as to say something.'”

“Eminem is entire brand culture. There is lots of different dynamics that come with ‘Eminem’ the name. It’s not just a rapper. I know what Eminem is capable. He can drag all of us in to this and it might not be enough to beat him. He watches battle rap that much.” says Murda Mook.

N.O.R.E. names one thing that can get Eminem killed in a Rap Battle

In one of the latest episodes of MATHHOFFATV, a rapper, actor and media personality N.O.R.E. has talked about battle rappers and named what Eminem lacks for battle rap that might get him lost in the battle.

Showmanship is a problem in battle rap. It is about the showmanship and that is something that unfortunately in battle rap you can not teach, that is an experience. What I am saying is, for a seasoned artist that has been twenty years in the game as an artist, it is hard for that man to go back and battle. And I think Eminem lyrically could beat a lot of people but I think the showmanship is going to kill him bro.” says N.O.R.E.
