Former Mayor of New York City tells Eminem to leave U.S. after taking knee at Super Bowl

American politician and attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who served as the 107th Mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001, urges Eminem to “go to another country” after Slim Shady decided to take a knee during the Super Bowl 2022 halftime show performance.

“Let’s get right to Eminem taking a knee. Why does not he go to another country? I mean, go take a knee someplace else. You know how many cops were defending him and protecting him at that game yesterday? I mean crime is way out of control in Los Angeles.” said Giuliani during his radio program called Rudy Guiliani Show.

“He thinks that all happened because everybody loves Eminem? The simple reality is the NFL has made a mockery of law enforcement, particularly with its support for the cop-killing Black Lives Matter.” he added.

And then he starts talking about Snoop Dogg. You can watch it below:

Donald Trump Jr. makes fun of Eminem during Super Bowl performance

Eminem had one shot to make a statement during the Pepsi Super Bowl halftime show, and he did not miss it.

The Detroit legend took a knee during his performance in a gesture of solidarity for all the NFL players who’ve done the same to protest police brutality and racism in past years, started by former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Eminem knelt for about 50 seconds at the end of his segment of the halftime show on Sunday after he finished performing his biggest hit song “Lose Yourself.”

While lots of people praised Eminem’s action, Donald Trump Jr. and several other Republican personalities rushed to attack him for kneeling.

Trump Jr. shared a picture of Ellen Degeneres at SoFi Stadium and in caption he wrote: “Eminem getting ready to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show.”

Dr. Dre says kneeling was Eminem’s own decision, talks minor changes NFL made to their Super Bowl show

Dr. Dre has recently joined TMZ journalists “TMZ Live” and, in his own words, he was still “buzzing” about what he, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent and Kendrick Lamar pulled off at the SoFi Stadium during Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime show.

The legendary producer says he went into rehearsals expecting the NFL to heavily censor almost all of the song, but was pleasantly surprised that they only made “minor changes,” among them, Kendrick’s reference to specific L.A. gangs on a song “M.A.A.D. City” where he kicks his verse with: “If Pirus and Crips all got along, they’d probably gun me down by the end of this song.”

“There were few things that we have to change but they were really minor things. Em taking a knee that was Em doing that on his own, there was no problem with that. The beginning of Kendrick’s set, they had a problem with that, so we had to take that out. No big deal.” said Dre.

Eminem & Al Michaels show each other love after Super Bowl show, NFL fans react

At the Super Bowl 2022 in Inglewood, Eminem and Al Michaels exchanged some beautiful words.

Eminem, alongside Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige performed at halftime — taking a knee despite allegations that the NFL barred him from alluding to Colin Kaepernick’s social justice protests; the NFL later denied the rumors.

“You’re the best in show,” Michaels told Eminem.

“You’re the GOAT [greatest of all-time],” Eminem responded quickly. “I’m telling you, I was telling your wife — since I was a little kid, all the way until now, I watch s**tty games when you’re doing them, just because, right?”

Eminem brought up the “rumor” that Michaels may retire.

“I’ll be somewhere,” Michaels responded.
