Math Hoffa says there is no one who can outshine Eminem on track

Math Hoffa has recently sat down with DJ VLAD where the legendary battle rapper discussed if there is a way to outshine Eminem on a song.

“If you get on a track with Eminem, don’t try to do the Eminem s–t. He’s gonna smoke you every single time. I feel LL held his own but don’t get on a tack with Em, doing Em s–t. You heard Rap God? Okay, cool, if I ever do a track with this guy, I’m never rapping fast. I’m gonna focus on something else. This guy is known for this. He does this. Everyday he wakes up in the morning he’s rhyming fast. He just does that s–t. Don’t try to do that s–t with him. Take “Renegade,” the big Renegade conversation. Jay didn’t really do him either. He did it as far as content but rhyming style? That was not Jay-Z rhyming pattern. That’s not Jay-Z’s flow. People get on a track with Em and tryin to do Em s–t. No bro, you don’t have to!” said Math Hoffa

Then he continued in another clip: “[Do you agree Eminem got LL Cool J on that song?] He gets everyone on the song! Who got him? [Busta Rhymes] I love Busta. Busta can do the tempo but the bar structure, nah. When you slow that down and you read it, you gonna be like, ‘oh, that was a punch, oh, that was ill flip.’ Em is doing that fast s–t but he’s also putting in punchlines and s–t. Nah, bro, I don’t think so.” said Math Hoffa.

After long thinking, he finally came out with an answer: “Closest to getting Em…I’m stuck…Damn, who’d that be? I don’t know. Maybe Royce. Royce would probably the only other person. Does Kendrick have a record with Eminem? You know what’s funny? I really like the joint he did with Young MA and she blacked out on that s–t! Because she did her s–t and not Eminem s–t.” Watch the videos below:

Dutch, Math Hoffa & Mr. Mecc show love to Eminem & Royce 5’9″

FEA and Dutchie Man (Dutch) from Philadelphia hip-hop group Major Figgas have recently sat down with Math Hoffa, Mr. Mecc and the rest of the crew on the latest episode of My Expert Opinion where they briefly talked about Eminem and his new album, The Death Of Slim Shady.

Mr. Mecc: He knocked Taylor Swift off the charts. Shout out to Eminem.

Math Hoffa: Yeah, shout out to Em. I love the new album. Am I skipping? As a body of work I listen to the whole s–t. Because that’s what it is. A body of work. [If you skip past it you miss the chapter of the book]. Some people make projects that sounds like compilation. And there’s some people who make specific project that’s like it’s all wrapped together to enjoy the whole movie. You can’t watch the beginning, you can’t watch the middle, you gotta listen from start to finish. And I feel like The Death of Slim Shady is one of those projects that you have to listen from start to finish.

Dutch: He always brings out great bodies of work to me. It’s like he has a strategy with that s–t. To me, he’s not just going in there just rapping. He’s saying form beginning to the end, this book has to be a novel that people are going to read from beginning to end and get something out of every record. It’s never just going to be a throwaway with Em. Because he got ni–as like Royce around. You play your records for Royce and ni–as like him, they gonna tell you that ain’t it. I ain’t never heard Em spit a verse that wasn’t ‘that ain’t it’ verse. I’m being honest. The guy is on top of the f–king line.

Did Eminem kill Jay-Z on “Renegade”? Math Hoffa does not think so

Math Hoffa has recently sat down with DJ VLAD where the battle rapper and the host of My Expert Opinion talked about Jay-Z and Eminem’s classic track “Renegade” and revealed that he does not think Slim Shady outrapped Jigga on the track.

“They both did their thing on a song ‘Renegade’. People make that argument that Eminem killed Jay-Z because Nas said that s–t. But realistically, the subject matter of they are talking about, I can get it, the paparazzi effect and the critics that were coming after Eminem but I can mentally walk through the hood while I’m listening to Jay-Z, so it’s a song about subject matter. I don’t think it’s a murder thing.” said Math Hoffa

Then he continued: “If it’s a track like we getting off like ‘I’mma smoke you ni–as,’ if they got on something like that, then who wins? If Tupac was still alive, whose verse would he like? There is a reason why, you listen to Nas and the way he structures his rhymes, that’s why he would say, Eminem murdered you because the constant flowing that Em had, he just kept building compound rhyme, it connected beautifully if you are into that. But if you are Tupac fan, Tupac did it occasionally but he focused more on what he was saying and being direct in his message.”

Math Hoffa responds Dr. Umar’s comments on Eminem

One of the best battle rappers and the host of My Expert Opinion podcast, Math Hoffa has recently sat down with DJ VLAD where he was asked about his opinion on Dr. Umar claiming that Eminem can’t be considered one of the greatest rappers of all time because he’s not black.

“I disagree to Dr. Umar. Did black people invent basketball? or Golf? Tiger Woods? And you know, when he said that, that’s the first person I thought about. There is Tiger Woods and nobody seems to have a problem with his status so why would we? Dr. Umar, I respect him, but I just think that sometimes his beliefs are his beliefs. I might believe that the moon is really made made of mayonnaise but I shouldn’t go around telling everybody that. You know what I’m saying? I should just keep it to myself. All right. This ain’t a popular opinion and he’s not scared to say it but just the way Joe kind of turn down the volume on those statements, nobody is running with that.” said Math Hoffa.

Then DJ VLAD said Dr. Umar also blamed him for not building schools and hospitals. On that, Math replied: “This topic has nothing to do with me. You are using me right now to take shots at this man. I will say this though. Eminem…I think the big part of our show becoming popular in the beginning was Eminem cosigning it. He co-signed the show. He was on Crooked I podcast and he was like ‘you know I was watching Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion and these are the guys we wanna hear from. These are guys who know the lyricism’ and I was like ‘WOW, incredible’ and the numbers went up around that time. Shout out to Em. So, the GOAT argument, I’ll leave that up to the people who like to make lists like that but as far as my personal top 5, Em is definitely in there.”

Benzino’s daughter Coi Leray talks about his beef with Eminem & if she ever do a song with Eminem

Coi Leray has recently sat down with Math Hoffa on his My Expert Opinion podcast where she talked about Benzino and Eminem‘s beef.

“I don’t know about the Eminem thing. I was not old enough to understand it. So I can’t even tell you. I know that, anything that has to do with Eminem I don’t have nothing to do with those times. So don’t involve me in it. I’m my own person. Don’t do that.” – Coi Leray said.

Then she continued: “If it was the situation which I don’t know so I’m just saying because I’mma ride for my father regardless. Cause  he is my father. I don’t give a f–k what anybody says. But right is right and wring is wring. At the end of the day I was not there to understand but what I do know all that rap beef s–t, even just today, is just a f–king noise to me. It is just so noise to me I just think it’s so corny. I don’t pay no mind to it. I don’t. If my father feels how he feels I was not there so I can’t give my opinion. I was not old enough to understand those times.”

“I watched 8 Mile and I thought it was a great movie. 8 Mile was crazy. It was one of the great movies. He was great actor. I could tell you some songs that I think are f–king great growing up because I’m very musically inclined. But that’s all I can tell you. I’m not an Eminem fan. I don’t listen to Eminem but I do know ‘I’m sorry mama,’ ‘Cleaning Out My Closet.’ At the end of the day, I was not there.” she added.

Then she was asked if Eminem reached out to do a song with her, would she accept it or not. “Hell no, unless I got my father’s blessing. I would sit down with my father first of all and bring it up to him. And hopefully he’ll be like ‘Do it, I passed the past.’ I love you and I support you anything you wanna do. This is positive. This gonna better you anyway.’ I’ll do it. But if he says otherwise then it’s a no.”

Math Hoffa on who has bigger impact on hip-hop: Eminem or Jay-Z

Battle rapper Math Hoffa is the latest hip-hop head who was asked who has had bigger impact on hip-hop, Eminem or Jay-Z.

During the conversation with Shaquille O’Neal on his new podcast called The Big Podcast, Jamal Crawford drew the parallel to hip-hop to rank his top five NBA players of all time and used Eminem and JAY-Z’s impact as an example and said: “In my top five, the dominance outweighs the number. You can not change the game and say this person has more points than me, he is better. It is beyond that. Jay-Z’s affect on hip-hop is bigger than any album sales Eminem will have. That is just how it goes.” It seems Don Canon does not agree.

Jamal Crawford’s statement sparked lots of discussions in social media and 50 Cent also weighed in. The Hip-Hop Wolf Instagram page posted Crawford’s interview and asked fans if they agree to the statement or not. Under the comment section, Fifty replied: “Ha, bulls–t.” with Sneezing Face emoji.

No Jumper podcast host Almighty Suspect also denied Crawford’s statement: “Bro, I can name like six Eminem clones right now. Hopsin, DAX, Logic, MGK, that white McDonald dude that white dude who’s is making If-I-Was-Black songs. Joyner Lucas is one of them too. That’s the six. I’m not naming rappers that look like Eminem. I’m naming rappers who are actual clones of Eminem. I just named six. Tell me, name me, six Jay-Z clones.”

The topic has also recently been discussed on New Rory & Mall podcast with Don Canon who is a DJ, record producer, songwriter, record executive, co-founder of the Atlantic Records imprint, Generation Now. Cannon has produced tracks and albums for artists like Jeezy, Logic, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, 50 Cent, and numerous others.

“I hate to answer this questions because for a simple fact that there are so many A, B, C, D, F, Gs. My first time travelling to Japan, Africa and all those places, I will say that Eminem is in more places across the world than I’ve seen Jay-Z. I went to record stores across the countries and I see Eminem and Ludacris everywhere. Eminem’s impact across the world, they have this analogy about what’s the most common thing all around the world and they say stop signs, and most recognizable faces are Michael Jackson, Snoop, Em, maybe Elvis and few others. And those are things that make me feel like, worldwide Em may have the most influence.” – said Canon.

Then he continues: “I would love the hear what Jay has to say. He probably will never talk about that. It’s hard to say. Cause Em done so much. 50 Cent is here. Part of Dre’s second win was them collaborating. D12, the movie 8 Mile, so much came out and one of the Staples in hip-hop is Shade 45. He has had everybody: Us, Sway, Rude Jude, Whoo Kid, Kay Slay. He breeded that. It’s not easy to answer this question. It’s so debatable.”

During the interview with DJ VLAD, one of the hosts of the podcast asked Math Hoffa the viral question, on which he replied: “[Bigger impact had] Whoever mutually inspired both of them. Like LL Cool J, Rakim, Bigg Daddy Kane. Em said he was inspired by AZ.”

Tony Yayo tells The Game to apologize Eminem & 50 Cent

Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda have recently sat down with Math Hoffa on the latest episode of My Expert Opinion where they talked about many topics, including Eminem and 50 Cent.

“Let’s stop b**ching in this industry. Ni**as are hoes. I’m tired of this s**t. You know ni**as are supposed to be respectful of who turned the lights on. Who did Em put on?! G-Unit, D12, Slaughterhouse, Joe Budden’s in them and Griselda. C’mon ni**a. Ni**as mad at white boy because he’s a black honkey player. C’mon ni**a! ‘Yo, HiS mUsIc DoN’t PlAy In ThE cLuB’ and that ain’t make him a GOAT? What happened to bars ni**a?!” said Yayo.

“I f**k with Eminem since “Renegade” and that ni**a put me on. He got respect from the hood since “Renegade.” Why do ni**as hate Eminem? Because he’s WHITE…At the end of the day, nobody in my hood, in my family, wore FREE YAYO shirt at the Grammys and looked out for me ni**a!” Yayo added.

Earlier in the interview, the G-Unit member told The Game in front of the camera to apologize to people who gave him the opportunities in his career and try to benefit from it: “Yo Game, apologize Fifty and Eminem. Yo, Buck apologize to Fifty. Banks you know what it is and we can go get this money. Let’s get couple of millions.”

Math Hoffa, Grafh & 38 Spesh discuss The Game’s Eminem diss-record

Math Hoffa, Esso, Mr. Mecc, Hynaken and Sean Bigga have recently sat down with Grafh and 38 Spesh on the latest episode of My Expert Opinion where the crew talked about the best diss tracks in history and this is where the discussion about The Game’s “The Black Slim Shady” started.

Mr. Mecc: Nobody talking about The Game’s diss-track because it was not good. We were talking about top 5. Why brining that record up?

Hynaken: Where does it rank? Maybe top 99? [Laughs]

Esso: I think the record is okay. I think its a little long for me to get into. I think the records duration is kind of long to listen to but it was okay.

Grafh: In my opinion as an emcee, if he took the dopest parts of the song and turn it into one verse it would have been a f**king smoker. He was some creative s**t and doing other s**t and made art out of this s**t. I ain’t mad it was an idea. Third verse was stupid, its crazy. Fourth was alright. Some other parts was cool too. If you took dopest parts and made one long verse ni**as be talking about that s**t. I think he was just trying to be creative.

Mr. Mecc: I think the part of the reason this track is not getting a conversation is because, every diss-track has a story behind it, this diss-track kinda came out nowhere. Like, why do you have a problem with Eminem after all this time? Em has not even addressed it.

Royce 5’9″ talks how he handled Joe Budden & Eminem beef

Royce Da 5’9″ has recently sat down with Math Hoffa on My Expert Opinion’s latest episode, where the Detroit legend talked about Eminem, Joe Buddden, Slaughterhouse, Kxng Crooked, Joell Ortiz and many other topics.

“Me and Joe’s relationship is a reconciliation. I’m not turning my back on Joe Budden. Joe made comments about Marshall and people over there don’t f**k with him at all. A lot of people were looking at me like ‘yo, why do you still f**king with Joe.’ My answer to that is, because he’s my friend. And my responsibility as friends to both sides is to not tell them how they should feel. You should be able to feel how you wanna feel. I’m not telling you how the problems are solved. You have the liberty and you have the luxury to handle your problems however you want to handle it. And with Joe, how I handle my friends is I don’t stick my friends in trash when they make mistakes.” said Royce.

Then he continues: “Joe made a mistake. I disagree with it. Me and Joe had small falling out about it. We talked about it. We got past it. He apologized to me. He told me he loved me. And he’s still my friend to this day. Even though, I know that I could have took a more business approach if it was just about the money and just moved on from him. And continue to nurture the relationship with Shady Records. I’m not cut like that. If you are my friend, then you are my friend. Some people say ‘he always defended Marshall’, well s**t, I’m always defending all my friends. They said the same thing about Joe and Wu -Tang s**t. Joe said something about an icon that I despised about the fact that he did that. But he’s my man and my thing is to tell him how I feel about it.”

Joe Budden tells Math Hoffa why he never responded Eminem’s diss

Joe Budden has recently visited Math Hoffa, Smoke DZA, ESSO, MR MECC and HYNAKEN on My Expert Opinion where the crew briefly talked about a beef with Eminem.

“I don’t even remember that s**t. I don’t have nothing to say about Eminem diss. I don’t need an opportunity to diss a rapper. It’s my action and my though that I have processed this myself. It’s awesome that a rapper with that magnitude threw it for whatever reason but the reason does not matter. If I wanted to diss him and I would diss him. I’m not giving this to clickbait culture ‘Joe Budden disses Eminem…'” said Joe.

Then the crew continue talking about The Game challenging Eminem into a battle.

Math Hoffa, Grafh & the crew discuss The Game vs Eminem: “Em is animal”

Math Hoffa has recently discussed The Game VS Eminem with special guests GRAFH and H20 and guest hosts ESSO and SEAN BIGGA on the latest episode of “My Expert Opinion.” You can check the conversation below.

Grafh: The Game is doing that because he wants to be mentioned next to Eminem. I do s**t like that. That’s like Chess move. He’s not dissing him because he is just out of nowhere. He is like, ‘I want to be compared to this person, let me put my name in the same sentence.’ He’s smart. That’s business movies but Em is too lyrical. That ni**a is animal. Em influenced my s**t too. Em is like one of the GOATs to me, to keep it a buck with you. That ni**a is stupid, his skillset is alien-like.”

H2O: I feel like Game been reaching. Eminem is Eminem. So what better person come when you doing an interview, what better person to come at than Eminem? He’s probably the biggest name in hip-hop.

ESSO: The Game can rhyme. He can f**king rap but is he rapping on Em’s level? Nah. Everybody knows that. But it’s entertainment. We can enjoy it.

Grafh: I’m not even a huge fan of new Eminem but his skill set, ni**a! What you taking about? Let’s keep it a buck.”

Mr. Mecc recalls how happy Benzino was when people were insulting him in support of Eminem

Former The Source Magazine employee, Mr. Mecc has recalled Benzino’s reaction when Eminem’s diss record arrived during the interview with Math Hoffa on My Expert Opinion with Vlad as a special guest.

“The day Eminem dropped his diss-record, I was trying to figure out what the next move was. I’m on a computer and message boards, which is what we had at that time, were going nuts. All of Eminem’s fans of which he had millions were talking about not just Benzino, which would have been cool on its own had he been just a rapper having a beef with another rapper. We ahd no problem but the fact that he involved The Source magazine and told everybody he was a co-owner and called himself five mic giver and all these other good s**t…HELL NO…”

“Once Benzino involved his legitimate business with street slash rap s**t, it’s all collateral damage. If I bring my wife on stage and I diss you and you see my wife, now my wife is a part of your response. Now that The Source is involved, message boards are going up, 20, 30, 40 pages of random people from the internet insulting the s**t out of Benzino as much as they possible can but he got excited. He looked like he was enjoying it because I feel like it was Christmas for him when people were talking about him. And I just new I was getting fired once he made me show him those messages. In my head, I was going over my resume like what’s my next move, which bills am I going to cut off but no, he was super excited.” – said Mr. Mecc

Then Vlad continues how Benzino ruined his relationship with him after asking to do another interview about Eminem.
