Dem Jointz talks about working process with Eminem for “MTBMB”

In a new interview with HotNewHipHop, Aftermath producer Dem Jointz opens up about working with Dr. Dre and the working process with Eminem on his latest album, “Music To Be Murdered By”

Interviewer: Before we wrap, I see your name in the credits for Eminem’s latest album. I was curious about what those sessions were like? What was your approach to working with Eminem?

Dem Jointz: It was super dope. We were collaborating in the studio and Eminem came down to LA to be creative with us. They shut it down to where he had his studio in the back and we were working up front. It was super dope because he would hear us bumping something and he would come up behind us like “What was that? Play it again.” He’ll be in his head and then be like “Can you send me that?” and then go back to the room. It’s crazy that he can create something that can make someone double-take like that. It was dope. It was like when we did “Medicine Man” you hear Eminem on your track and it’s like WOW this is crazy! Let me try making this the best thing ever.

Eminem’s “Music To Be Murdered By: Side B” first week sales are in !

Exactly one week ago, Eminem released the deluxe edition of Music To Be Murdered By: Side B, featuring Skylar Grey, Dr. Dre, Ty Dolla Sign, DJ Premier and more.

The album sold almost 90,000 in its first week and brought 1000% increase in sale of the original album. This is probably the biggest jump for the album in history but we have to confirm this yet.

You can check out best seller albums this week below:

1. Taylor Swift – “Evermore” – 165,000 units.

2. Pau McCartney – “McCartney III” – 95,000 units.

3. Eminem – “Music To Be Murdered By” (Deluxe) – 90,000 units.

NOTE: This will not be a ‘debut’ of the album, this is actually the continuation of the original album, so it will be counted as an ‘increase’ of the original album.

Fans of Eminem, Drake, Rihanna & more unite to buy MTBMB SIDE B to make it debut at #1

As the early reports say from HitsDailyDouble, the deluxe edition of Eminem’s “Music To Be Murdered By: Side B” album is heading to debut at No. 3 on US Billboard 200 chart with 70,000 – 80,000 sales, just Taylor Swift “Evermore” with 100,000 and Paul McCartney’s “McCartney III” with 85,000 – 95,000.

If Eminem’s new album will debut at No. 3 this will end his 10-albums No.1 streak record.
