Westside Boogie has been on an absolute fire lately as the Compton rapper is warming up for his upcoming album under Eminem’s Shady Records label. After dropping “Joe Exotic,” “Said Sum,” “Do 4 Love” and “Whoopty” freestyles Boogie previewed two new tracks on his Instagram with the caption: “Swipe left to see my two Moods ..which one y’all got ?”

Mike Zombie, who is in-house producer for Drake’s label OVO Sound and who previously worked with Lil Wayne, The Game, DJ Khaled, Jhené Aiko, Waka Flocka Flame, Young M.A and more, has recently named Eminem and Lil Wayne as his favorite artists.
Mike Zombie produced Drake’s one of the biggest hits “Started From The Bottom” back in 2013. In 2015, he worked with our boy Westside Boogie on a track “The Reach (Intro)” and most recently, he contributed into the production of Eminem’s “These Demons,” featuring MAJ.
Willingboro Township, New Jersey-born producer was recently asked on Instagram to name his Top 3 artists on which he replied: “Me, Eminem and Lil Wayne.” Check the screenshot below:
Few hours ago, Master P took to Instagram to share a bit of inspirational wisdom. Sharing an epic throwback picture of himself and Eminem with the caption that reads:
“When you come from poverty, don’t be afraid to grow, change and better yourself. Don’t go backwards, go forward. There’s NO LIMIT to your dreams.” Even though he and Em have never collaborated on a track it is clear that the two legends have mutual respect for one another.
Fans might recall that Eminem almost signed a record deal with No Limit records, P talked about it on 2015 MTV interview. “Anybody you can think of called me for advice or thinking ‘What can I do to get with No Limit, Eminem to T.I. to anybody you could think of, we done had that conversation where they wanted to be with No Limit.”
YouTuber Daniel Schwind, also known as XYClanKILLER2 has mashed up songs from Eminem, Linkin Park and Slipknot into one single song, titled ‘Until I Bleed’ and music video, composed of archive footages, came with it and it looks really impressive.
The track includes songs: Eminem’s ‘Till I Collapse’ and ‘Soldier,’ Linkin Park’s ‘Victimised’, ‘Don’t Stay’, ‘Points Of Authority’ and ‘One Step Closer’ and Slipknot’s ‘Wait And Bleed’.
Hopsin has recently set down with Stevie Knight for a long interview and at one point, Lost Angeles-born rapper was asked to name his top five rappers dead or alive. Here is what Hop responded:
“Eminem, Kxng Crooked, Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliot and Ludacris.” on which Stevie Knight responded: “Damn, I never heard of that line-up.”
Then Hopsin continues: “Eminem because he is just f**king Eminem. Kxng Crooked has crazy flow, crazy flow patterns, crazy flow cadences, till this day unpredictable… I know a lot of people identify me with Eminem and all that he is a big part, Crooked I, I am telling you I have studied this man’s flow.”
Cardi B set the record straight about a rumor that Eminem turned down her request to be featured on a record for her upcoming sophomore album. The rumor quickly started spreading on Twitter when so called ‘insider’ reported that Eminem rejected a feature because “she does not care about the rap culture and her craft.”
Cardi shut down the shady report and shared her admiration for the Detroit legend: “BIG LIES….I get off the internet and you all making s**t up. I have not sent no songs to no artist yet. Love Eminem’s work and much respect. This do not even make sense.”

The first Saturday Night Live of Spring featured the return of longtime cast member Maya Rudolph as host. She was joined by Kentucky rapper and songwriter Jack Harlow, who earned a GRAMMY nomination for “WHATS POPPIN’ in 2020 and recently released That’s What They All Say.
Harlow first appeared in the Digital Short “NFTs,” a take on Eminem’s “Without Me,” complete with Pete Davidson in a Robin costume similar to that of Eminem in the original video.
Just days after Young Buck claimed that they 50 Cent master-planned their beef and the feud was staged, 50 Cent has responded on Instagram. Justin Bieber has recently hit DJ Khaled at his podcast on Amazon Music where the pop megastar from Canada was asked to name his top five emcees of all time. Here is what Justin replied:
“When you open this conversation there is always room for ‘ahh I can’t believe this’ but I would say Lil Wayne, I would say Biggie. I just watched his documentary and I was like ‘oh my goodness.’ I will say Eminem, Kanye West and Drizzy Drake.”

Late in 2020, talk of Dr. Dre battling P. Diddy really started heating up and Swizz Beatz and Timbaland seemed open to the possibility that it could happen. Today during The Breakfast Club interview, Swizz Beatz has revealed that Dr. Dre was actually set to announce his participation in a VERZUZ battle, but backed out last minute:
“When Dr. Dre was not feeling the sound from Teddy Riley and Babyface, that hurt our heart. During the NBA All-Star weekend at Believe Music Hall, 50 Cent could not help himself not to start humming over Pop Smoke’s “Got It On Me” song from “Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon” album, which was executive produced by Fifty himself.
The song also samples and interpolates an iconic 50 Cent song “Many Men (Wish Death)” from a classic Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ album, which was released back in 2003. “Got It On Me” was featured in the album trailer for Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon on June 10, 2020, and verses were taken from Pop’s Power 106 Freestyle.
On this day, exactly 18 years ago (March 23, 2003), Eminem became the first rapper in history to win an Academy Award. Slim Shady won an Oscar for Best Original song in 8 Mile movie for “Lose Yourself” but he was not present to accept the award.
Eminem later on explained why he didn’t attend the ceremony: “Actually, I was sleeping that night. I just felt like I had no chance of winning because, you know, when I heard I was nominated, I thought that was for actors… I was not sure what exactly Grammy or Oscar meant, what a certain award meant, I was not sure what they meant, so even MTV awards, all that stuff, I just didn’t know what awards meant and this particular award…I didn’t go to the show… I just felt like I had a snowballs chance of…I think I got it confused when they said about Oscar. They were talking about the song but I was like ‘ye but isn’t there other movies that got rock songs and stuff like that’ ? At that point, in my life I always thought like rap never gets as fair shake on anything. That was one of the reasons I didn’t go for the first Grammys I was invited to, because I pretty much protested it. I didn’t understand why there was a rap category and best album category and I couldn’t understand why rap album can not be in the best album category.”
