Cordae says Eminem was his dream collab

This week on We Playin’ Spades, Cordae sat down with Courtney Bee and Nick Cannon where he talked about stepping into fatherhood, grinding harder than anyone, and proudly never paying for a feature! He also reveals his dream of working with Eminem.

Nick Cannon: What’s the one feature that surprised you or somebody that wanted to f–k with you and you were like ‘word! I get to work with this person?!’ Other than Dr. Dre.
Cordae: I might not be saying it to the best person but…Eminem.

Nick Cannon: I love Eminem. I don’t know why people I hate him? I was going to whoop his a– at one point but we got over that. That was years ago. He’s a granddaddy now.
Cordae: [Jumping on a song with Eminem] was definitely surprising. He was showing me bunch of love. That was super dope. Getting the co-sign. He reached out. I had a phone conversation with him and he was like ‘yo, I think you are dope. I want you on the song. We got to work. If you got something, send it to me. I’ll send you some s–t too.’
Nick Cannon: He likes MCs, anybody who he can respect their lyricism, he rock with them heavy.
