Couple of weeks ago, Horseshoe G.A.N.G. released new project called DEME LOVEWIN KENNY, the follow-up of their 2020 album Music To Riot To, featuring Kxng Crooked, Dice and Mad Man.
The 7-track EP includes a song “Nice Me,” which features guest appearance from Crooked I and Dice and is produced by one and only Eminem.
“New Horseshoe G.A.N.G. out now!! I am featured on “Nice Me” produced by the homie Marshall Bruce Mathers the 3rd.. Run it up!!” tweeted Crooked on Friday (Feb. 11, 2023).
Now, the California rapper and his brothers have released the music video for “Nice Me,” which features Crooked I’s Crook’s Corner interview with Eminem as an intro. “Do you feel your name is mentioned enough in the producers conversation? Cause I don’t.” asks Kxng, on which Eminem replies: “I don’t know. No, I don’t.”
Back in 2015, Tech N9ne landed a big dream collaboration when Kansas City, Missouri-born rapper featured Slim Shady in his song titled “Speedom (WWC3)”.
The same year, in a interview with BET, Tech said Eminem verse did not cost him a penny. According to him, Em only wanted his verse in return.
“Eminem did the verse for nothing but a swap. I was flabbergasted cause I know it cost so much to get Eminem and it’s worth every penny. For him to say, ‘I just want a song from you for this’, that made me feel really beautiful that he felt that way about my music.” said Tech N9ne.
Then he continued: “I haven’t spoken to this guy since the early 2000s or something, and it’s wonderful how that worked out. The fact that he feels like my music is that good that he would wanna do that for me is incredible. For one, do the song for me and then say, ‘No no no, I just want you to give me a song for this’ I’m like ‘Yes!’ That feels so good man”.
Eminem used Tech N9ne’s verse for Southpaw movie soundtracks album on a track called “Beast” (Remix) by Rob Bailey and The Hustle Standard, which also featured Kxng Crooked and Busta Rhymes.
In a recent interaction with fans on Twitter, Crooked I revealed that Eminem almost joined the hard-hitting lyrical beast line-up on the track. The Detroit legend has previously collaborated with Kxng Crooked, Tech N9ne and Busta Rhymes in several occasions but the four has never jumped on a track together.
“Em came VERY close to hopping on it.” – Kxng Crooked (Feb. 14, 2023 on Twitter)
He also expressed his desire to work with Eminem again by asking fans who would they prefer to produce a song that features Kxng Crooked, Eminem and Tech N9e. Some of the popular replies include Dr. Dre, DJ Premier and Apollo Brown among others.

Kxng Crooked and Joell Ortiz have recently sat down with Math Hoffa, Mr. Mecc and Sean Bigga for the latest episode of My Expert Opinion where the crew talked about how Joe Budden and Eminem‘s fall out led “Glass House” album to be scrapped and how “I Will” track from Music To Be Murdered By came about.
“Em never came out and attacked Joe without, in his mind, a reason. The only time he started mentioning Joe was after Joe said his s**t was trash on his show. And that particular song on Music To Be Murdered By album (“I Will”), those verses are five years old and the way that song came about is when we were all in Detroit, recording some other s**t. Then me and him (Joell Ortiz) jumped on some s**t. And Em always liked it and it ended up putting on his album.” said Kxng Crooked.
Then he continues: “One of the reasons Glass House didn’t drop is that Joe wanted off the label. He didn’t want to do it so how you gonna drop an album on a label that you don’t want to have anything to do with? You have to be there to promote the album. You gotta be there to run around. Do videos and visuals. If you don’t want to be on a label, how gonna make it out? I’m not saying Joe single-handedly stopped the album coming out but it played a role.”
“If the album would have came out, it would have been pretty expensive. We had a Slaughterhouse of producers. We had Just Blaze. We had Justice League. We had Cardiak. We had AraabMuzik. We had !llmind. We had Q-Tip. We always wanted to put it out. I did several conference calls. The date would get moved.” Kxng Crooked added.
Couple of hours ago, Eminem went on Twitter to react on Kendrick Lamar’s new album by praising Dr. Dre: “Yo Dr. Dre this Kendrick album is f**cking ridiculous. I am speechless.” – wrote Slim Shady.
Yo @DrDre this Kendrick album is f****** ridiculous. I’m speechless.
Under the reply section, Kxng Crooked made a mysterious tweet: “Save me 16 on the next one bro (maybe 32),” implying that he sent Eminem less than 16 bars for their new song. Or this might be a super reach.
After a wave of critiques from Royce 5’9″ and Joe Budden and Joell Ortiz heated argument going viral, Kxng Crooked and Joell Ortiz drop their joint controversial project “Rise & Fall Of Slaughterhouse”
“I’ve been talking about my life in the booth since I was eight. This is a part and a chapter of my life. So, I got all rights to talk about my life. If they don’t like it, I can’t be mad at that. I ain’t mad at that. Nobody is going to tell me I have to ask for permission to talk about my life. Musically.” said Crooked before releasing the project.
The Rise & Fall of Slaughterhouse only features two guest appearances from Blakk Soul and Sly Pyper ‘The Wizard’, and Traxx Sanders.

Yesterday, KXNG Crooked and Joell Ortiz teamed up to drop their new single “Vacancy,” featuring Blaak Soul, from their upcoming joint project, titled Rise & Fall Of Slaughterhouse.
In the song, the two former Slaughterhouse emcees reflect on their group’s break up and pack up Slaughterhouse mementos, which cause Royce Da 5’9″ to feel very unhappy, in fact, upset.
In one of the Instagram comments, Royce said: “So disappointed in them.” and indicated that some of the lines Crooked and Joell rapped were lies.
Royce even called out his Slaughterhouse brothers on Twitter, saying: “This is the dumbest s**t I’ve EVER seen a smart person do.. 2 smart people.. Together… United in stupidity..”
Nobody informed us that the group was broken up.. We found out when you did. Maybe you should talk to the 2 ni**as who took it upon themselves to set fire to sumn they only own 50% of…
KXNG Crooked and Joell Ortiz have teamed up to drop their new single “Vacancy,” featuring Blaak Soul.
In the accompanying music video, the two former Slaughterhouse emcees reflect on their group’s break up and pack up Slaughterhouse mementos while their die-hard fans burn their tees.
In his verse, Joell raps: Royce said he ain’t doing the three man without Joe But Joe said he retired so how the hell is supposed to go / I looked in the eyes of Crooked I and said one last time he said let’s go / So this one’s for the fans and anyone else who wants to know / Why the best group ever / Turned out to be one of the best groups that never / Got back to the sun after the Shady era / S**t Paul wasn’t on his best behavior / And Joe’s comments about Em left no revival for major endeavors / So the gang dropped the flag got off the label.”
Crooked’s verse was as emotional as Joell’s: “He didn’t start the group he can’t end it don’t blame Marshall / He didn’t start the group he can’t end it don’t blame Paul / And fans been there from the beginning can’t blame y’all.” -raps KXNG.
“Vacancy” is a single off KXNG Crooked and Joell Ortiz upcoming project, called Rise & Fall Of Slaughterhouse.
After Royce 5’9″, Skylar Grey and Nasaan, Kxng Crooked and Kuniva from D12 have also showed support to Eminem’s Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame nomination.
“Eminem was nominated to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and that’s good. We need him in there. We need one of the greatest wordsmiths alive to be in Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Period, point-blank. A Tribe Called Quest too. Need them in there. Those are the vibes.” – said Crooked
“Now guess who else we need in there? We need Rakim the god emcee in there. Hip-hop and lyricism would be very different if that great mind never showed up. Guess who else we need? Snoop Dogg.” – Crooked added.
Kuniva shared Eminem’s “Till I Collapse” on his Instagram with the caption: “So proud of my brother here. Coming from where we came from and having those dreams of making it…to being nominated for THIS. My guy for life! Legend! Shady for life.”
After Dr. Dre ignited the talks of Eminem’s potential Verzuz Battle with his mysterious “Marshall Mathers vs Who?” Instagram post, Verzuz founder and co-host Swizz Beatz expressed his desire to see Busta Rhymes going against Slim Shady.
While many people are eager to see this battle happening, it looks like Kxng Crooked is not a fan of this match-up.
“I am not sold on Busta Vs Em.. I feel like it makes sense to people because they both know how to rap fast but after that happens the catalogs go in two completely different directions, in my opinion.” said Crooked and got into discussion with fans.

What does Busta play when Em drops Stan or Lose Yourself? What does Em play when Busta drops Hands Where My Eyes Can See or Pass The Courvoisier in your opinion? (That will have equal or better impact)
Page Kennedy drops lyrically star-studded track “The Gran Finale 2021,” featuring The Game, Royce Da 5’9″, Ransom, Locksmith, KXNG Crooked, Grafh, 3D Natee and Mysonne from Straight Bars IV mixtape.
“AYE ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! I decided to give hip hop a gift. This is the greatest 10 min of lyrical assault you will ever heard maybe ever in your life. Enjoy.” said Detroit rapper on his social media accounts.
In the song, The Game mentions Eminem and Dr. Dre in the following lines: “You know who the king of Cali, 20 years vet, in my ally, Dr. Dre bread a problem child, Glock and my aftermath letterman, Ask Busta, ask Em, he’ll kill you where you stand before he lets you pass him.”
As usual, Kxng Crooked was doing daily hip-hop discussion on Twitter when fans started conversation about interesting topic: Fast rapping and Eminem’s influence on it.
You can check out the dialogue below and tell us your opinions in the comment sections of our social media accounts.
I’m not gonna say Eminem even popularized fast rapping but I feel it’s exploded since Rap God. He has a lot of influence on certain rappers to the point it’s over saturated. Obviously fast rapping has existed before him.
Yea he definitely had a hand in the over- saturation part because he influences a lot of upcoming rappers worldwide. I started choppin in ‘93 and you could literally count on one hand the number of artists doing it. Now hit up YouTube and see what’s happening. https://t.co/UBPFfgEf25
These stans think Em popularised everything. Let’s keep it a buck Em was late to the party on fast rap. Are we gunna act like Bone Thugs, Twista, Tech, Busta ect. Wasn’t world wide with it way before Em.
i literally said the opposite but you can’t deny that the influx of fast rappers in the last decade is highly attributed to eminem especially on youtube. They joke about the lyrical miracle rappers which Eminem literally said in the Shady 2.0 freestyle.
