The Game says he’s better than Eminem, calls out his Super Bowl performance

The Game has recent set down with NORE and DJ EFN for 4 hours long interview where the Los Angeles rapper talked about many things, including Eminem and Dr. Dre

“Ni**as say I’m angry about Super Bowl. I don’t give a f**k about that. I saw Dr. Dre. I saw 50 hanging upside down. I saw Mary. I had one problem with Super Bowl. One! You wanna know this? Eminem stepped on a Compton courthouse and it broke.”

“You would not know unless you have been in Compton courthouse or your mother was in a Compton courthouse fighting for custody of you like me or you seen your ni**as get sentenced to life in Compton courthouse then you might not mean nothing to you but it meant something for me.”

“Eminem is Eminem. I like Eminem. He’s one of the f**king good emcees. He raps hella. I used to think Eminem was better than me. He’s not. He not. HE IS NOT. Challenge it! It’s not drama. I’m not saying I want smoke with Eminem. I want smoke with Eminem, him and him.”

“I get this motivation from Ye cause he’s my Dre right now. It’s crazy that Ye did more for me in last two weeks than Dre did my whole career.” – said Game.

The Game says Kanye West did more for him in last two weeks than Dr. Dre ever did

N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN have shared a segment video of their interview with The Game on Drink Champs to promote the upcoming episode.

In a clip shared to Instagram,  the Los Angeles rapper makes a very bold claim regarding his relationships with Dr. Dre and Kanye West.

In a preview clip, The Game says: “It is crazy that Ye did more for me in the last two weeks than Dre did for me my whole career.”

After dropping their collaborative single “Eazy” last month, The Game performed with Kanye West at his Donda 2 listening event in Miami last week.

After signing to Aftermath Entertainment, back in 2003, Dr. Dre executive produced Game’s 2004 debut album The Documentary which sold  586,000 in its first week in the United States and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200.

Dr. Dre also produced Game’s biggest hit songs “Hate It Or Love It” and “How We Do” which debuted at No. 2 and No. 4 on Billboard Hot 100 charts respectively. This was the only time Game appeared inside the Top 20 of Hot 100 charts.

Yet, Game thinks Ye did more for him. You can check the clip below:

NORE asks Big Sean to pick between Eminem and Royce 5’9″

One of Detroit’s finest Big Sean joins NORE and DJ EFN on the latest episode of Drink Champs for more than 3 hours interview. At some points of the interview, Sean Don talked about Eminem and Royce Da 5’9.” You can check the conversations below:

NORE: Because you love your city so much, I just want you to say one thing about this one person that we bring up.

Big Sean: Alright.

NORE: Eminem?

Big Sean: God emcee.

NORE: Big Proof?

Big Sean: Legendary. Legendary. I feel like he inspired Em a lot. He was really the one who brought D12 together. He was a backbone of that. He was cold lyrically.

NORE: Royce Da 5’9″

Big Sean: Rap god, just like Eminem.

Later in the interview, NORE tells Big Sean to do a Quick Time of Slime and asks some comparison questions. If he picks both or none, he drinks, if he picks one of them, then other people in the room drink. Of course, one of the questions was, Eminem or Royce 5’9.” On which Big Sean responded with:

Royce Da 5’9″ is literal big brother so I gotta go with Royce. Eminem is, like I said, god emcee and it was dream come true to work with him but I’ve been in real trenches with Royce.

Kanye West gives a nod to Eminem in new Drink Champs interview

Kanye West has recently done another interview with Drink Champs where the legendary rapper and producer gave a nod to Eminem.

Noregea: “I have recently read that you are one of two artists that has went 10 million and produced their own record.”

Kanye West: “Yeah, Eminem also. Eminem. That’s lit right? It’s like ambidextrous. It feels like it’s another example that I could show you all that we could build communities.”

Last month, Ye’s “Stronger” was certified diamond in the United States for selling 10,000,000 units in the country, the song that was produced by himself.

Eminem did it TWICE as “Not Afraid” and “Lose Yourself” are both certified diamond and both are produced by Eminem himself.

Asher Roth talks on Eminem comparisons & getting dissed on “A**hole”

In one of their latest episodes, N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN chopped it up with Asher Roth, Mickey Factz and Blu on Drink Champs.

At one point of the interview, Asher Roth was asked about Eminem comparisons and getting dissed by Eminem on The Marshall Mathers LP 2 back in 2013.

“Comparisons with Eminem is tough. At the end of the day, it’s banter, it’s media. It’s like people have to talk about something. Em is generational as far as an appeal, the numbers he was doing and there is kinda like white rapper quota. When you bring up Beastie Boys, part of the culture but also a visitor at the same time, especially a kid coming from burbs, I’m a product of hip-hop and rap music and what it’s been able to accomplish. And the voices that been able to put on platform and inspire kids like myself and Em was part of that. The group of people that you listen to like ‘cool I guess I can rhyme too,’ even just who I am as a person, rhyme style and everything like that. For me it was kinda like in one ear and out the other that was for other people to discuss.”

“Em threw shots at me before, not really but yeah. It kinda felt like compliment. It’s like a benchmark. But my focus is so much on education and even where I’m at in Philadelphia. It was never about getting into beef with somebody and sell more records. If I was more into entertainment industry and little bit more understanding like ‘let me beef with this and it will put me on little bit more of a pedestal so I can sell more records. That was never really my goal so I actually shied away from the entertainment side just to be able to do what I was focused on.” said Asher.
