T.I. and Dr. Dre Join Forces on Standout Song From Kill the King

T.I. Teams Up with Dr. Dre for a Must-Hear Track on His Final Album

Posted on June 26, 2026 By Remy Gelenidze

After more than two decades shaping the sound of Southern hip-hop, T.I. is officially closing the curtain on his legendary rap career. Released via Grand Hustle and EMPIRE, Kill the King serves as the Atlanta icon’s twelfth and final studio album, arriving as his first full-length project in six years. The 18-track LP bookends a historic run that launched with his 2001 debut I’m Serious and fundamentally shifted the culture with his 2003 breakthrough masterpiece, Trap Muzik.

To ensure his final bow leaves a lasting impression, TIP assembled a massive, star-studded roster of heavy hitters. The expansive tracklist features high-profile collaborations with Usher, Summer Walker, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, The-Dream, and a major trap reunion alongside Jeezy, 2 Chainz, T-Pain, and Young Dro.

The project also pairs T.I. with some of music’s most celebrated sonic architects. Pharrell Williams lends his signature production to the viral lead single “Let ‘Em Know.” Meanwhile, Shady and Aftermath fans are in for a special treat with the standout track “Where I’m From”—a powerhouse collaboration produced by Dr. Dre and featuring the soulful vocals of Anderson .Paak. Kill the King is a star-studded, definitive farewell from the self-proclaimed King of the South.
