Skylar Grey shares behind scenes video of her & Eminem performing “Love The Way You Lie”

Back in 2018, Eminem headlined nearly every major festivals, including Coachella, Governors Ball and Boston Calling amongst others with Skylar Grey, as a part of his REVIVAL tour.

The 2018 European Revival tour started off with nine dates in Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom and the Rap God took his longtime friend and collaborator, Skylar Grey with him.

The pair performed some of Slim Shady’s biggest hits together on stage, including “Stan,” “Walk On Water,” and “Love The Way You Lie.”

Skylar Grey has recently posted a video of her and Eminem performing “Love The Way You Lie” in Milan, shoot by her fiancé Elliot Taylor from backstage. “Came across this behind the scenes video from 2018… man what a journey it’s been… filmed from side stage by Elliot Taylor.” she captioned the video.

Skylar Grey is original writer of “Love The Way You Lie” who recorded a demo of the song alongside the producer Alex da Kid when she felt she was in an abusive romantic relationship. Eminem wrote the verses and chose Rihanna to sing the chorus, resulting in a collaboration influenced by their past experiences in difficult relationships.

The Mazomanie, Wisconsin-born singer has recently released her version of the song under the name “Love The Way You Lie,” (Part 3) from her greatest hits album. You can listen to the song below:
