Grip drops new freestyle over Nas’ “Wave Gods”
Grip spits new freestyle over Nas’ latest track “Wave Gods,” featuring A$AP Rocky and DJ Premier from Escobar’s latest album “Magic.”
The Shady Records’ hitman opens the track with the shoutout to the legendary figures of hip-hop: “Yeah, shoutout that ni**a Nas, man / One of my f**kin’ favorites / Ni**a, I heard this beat and I had to do it, ahaha / Yeah, shoutout the ni**a Hit-Boy too… Uh, one take.”
East Atlanta’s finest also makes dope reference to Eminem with the following lines: “I’m eatin beats up wit Slim til I’m at least up some M’s” and warns his peers that 2022 belongs to him “It’s been quite a year, I see you boys 2022.”
