Eminem wins Outstanding National Major Label Recording at Detroit Music Awards Posted on April 12, 2021 By Remy Gelenidze It was the 30th year for the celebration of the Motor City’s music scene at the Detroit Music Awards on Sunday. There were performances by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Electric Six and Rob Stone, along with tributes to Mary Wilson and Alto Reed. Advertisement Eminem, who has previously won Detroit Music Awards for 10 times, took Outstanding Major Label Recording for his 2020 album “Music to Be Murdered By,” making it to a total of 11 wins.
