Fat Joe, Dre and the crew reacting & vibing to Eminem’s “Lord Above” verse

Back in 2019, Fat Joe and Dre from Cool & Dre dropped a joint project Family Ties, which included Eminem and Mary J. Blige as a guest features on a track “Lord Above.”

Teased as “the most disrespectful song on the album,” the artists look upon their careers, acknowledge their rock-bottoms and regrets, and esteem the summits they conquered.

Few weeks before the release of the song, Nick Cannon was a guest on T.I.’s podcast ExpediTIously, where he talked about wanting to prove his manhood to Mariah, in part, by challenging Eminem to a physical fight.

Eminem responded to Nick on “Lord Above” with clever wordplay and punchlines: “I know me and Mariah didn’t end on a high note / But that other dude’s whipped, that pussy got him neutered / Tried to tell him this chick’s a nutjob ‘fore he got his jewels clipped / Almost got my caboose kicked / Fool, quit, you not gon’ do s**t / I let her chop my balls off too ‘fore I lost to you, Nick (eunuch).

The video of Fat Joe, Cool & Dre and whole other crew reacting to Eminem’s verse has re-surfaced online recently.

Nick Cannon shouts out Eminem, says Fat Joe helped him quash beef with him

Fat Joe has recently sat down with Nick Cannon on his show where the two discussed how Joe’s Instagram Livestream talk show played big role into squashing beef with Eminem. While showing love to his talk show, Cannon said:

“Honestly, I gotta keep it a stack, this brother right here helped end the beef with me and Eminem on his show. And it wasn’t no ‘real beef’ but Joe was like, ‘Man, I gotta get you two brothers together.’ And he called Eminem. ”

Then Fat Joe continues: “And I called Eminem too! and I said ‘This gotta stop. You both my friends, my brothers. You are beautiful people. I don’t even know what this all about’

“Fat Joe ended it, you gotta listen to the OG. Shouts out to Eminem.” Nick added.

Lil Pump has recently hit Fat Joe on his Instagram Live where the two talked about different topics, including why Lil Pump supported so much Donald Trump and why he dissed Eminem in a short clip on Instagram. When Fat Joe asked the Eminem question, here is what he replied:

Fat Joe says him & Big Pun were standing in line to get Eminem CD

Fat Joe has recently teamed up with Bow Wow on Instagram Live and as usual, the Ohio rapper was asked his Top 5 rappers dead or alive. Check the conversation below:

Bow Wow: Snoop Dogg, Tupac, Ice Cube, LL Cool J and Jay-Z. I was going to throw Eminem in there. I’ve seen lots of cats asked about their Top 5s and they are not putting Eminem in there but as far as lyricism and wordplay he deservers it. I just don’t understand how Eminem rhymes the words that does not rhyme but he makes them rhyme.

Fat Joe: He’s incredible. Eminem is something else. You know and I know if he was not something else he would not be where he’s at. Because they would not let him get that type of pass. That man was so exception. I remember when Eminem’s first album came out we were in LA for Grammys and me and Big Pun waited on line, and Pun was nominated for two Grammys and he was double platinum and me and him literally, physically waited on line at the Tower Records to buy Eminem’s album. One of the biggest misconception ever is to all the other new white rappers who come up in the game they feel like they gotta diss Eminem to get on another level. Which is NOT TRUE. And they wanna go to war even though they dead nice too. The next Puerto Rican rapper don’t gotta diss Fat Joe! Show me love, I’ll embrace you and show you love!

Bow Wow: It’d be a clout too Joe. But clout only lives short. It’s gonna last two or three days.”

You can not retire. You can not leave us.” – says Fat Joe

As he previously said, Fat Joe had the chance to sign the Eminem back in the days but passed several times, calling it the “biggest mistake of my whole rap career.”

Couple of days ago, Fat Joe took to Instagram Live where the rapper claimed that he was offered huge money to fight 50 Cent at the peak of their beef.

“I would not do it. When I had beef with 50 Cent, people were, like, fake offering me $10 million dollars, $5 million, to go fight Fifty one-on-one. I’m not scared of Fifty. I’d fight him for free at that time! But to get knocked out maybe, on TV, it is tough.” says Fat Joe.

Legendary rapper Treach from the legendary hip-hop group Naughty By Nature, has recently done an interview with Fat Joe on Instagram. Treach talked about Tupac, Biggie, Queen Latifah, Dr. Dre, Eminem and 50 Cent.

Fat Joe: Eminem said that you are his favorite rapper, what does that feel like when you got somebody so lyrical, a GOAT like Eminem saying you are his favorite rapper?

Treach: “That’s my light-skined brother. I mean, it makes me feel like I did my job. Anybody that I admire, all the fans and the millions of records and the tours worldwide and everything. It shows like we did something so when you hear from that caliber, it just humbles you. We kick it back and forth. Eminem for his birthday, my birthdays, we’d be kicking in it. So It is like mutual respect, you feel me? He is one of the dopest of all times, hands down. And It shows how the culture is so great. It brings everybody together. All races. Hip-Hop brings everybody together. So that is my bro-bro. I love Em.”
