Daz Dillinger reacts on Eminem mocking Snoop Dogg on “Zeus”

Few days ago, Eminem released the deluxe edition of Music To Be Murdered By: Side B and it includes a song “Zeus,” featuring White Gold, where Eminem name-drops many artists, including Snoop Dogg:

As far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me
But, just not in my camp
And diplomatic as I’m tryna be
Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me
Man, Dogg, you was like a (Yeah) damn god to me
Nah, not really (Haha)
I had “dog” backwards

Snoop Dogg has not yet responded but it seems old school rapper and Snoop’s cousin, Daz Dillinger is very excited of what’s coming as he made a post on Instagram with the caption: “Eminem dissed Snoop Dogg. Wow. What’s next from two icons of rap?!”

Termanlogy names Eminem’s verse that makes him ‘lyricist of the year’

Rapper Termanlogy, who has previously worked with Royce Da 5’9″ and Kxng Crooked, has his thoughts about who should be crowned as the lyricist of the year.

“Everyone talking about who had verse of the year… In my opinion nobody had a better verse than Eminem‘s third verse on “Godzilla,” said Termanlogy on Twitter. Check his tweet below:

Recently, the biggest lyrics platform on the web, Genius, has also named Eminem as the Lyricist of the Year, based on fan-voting system.

Busta Rhymes astonishingly describes working process with Eminem

In Pitchfork’s episode of Critical Breakthroughs, Busta Rhymes breaks down some of his biggest songs, including “Calm Down,” featuring Eminem.

“If you want a clear display of what the fundamentals of hip-hop is and an art of emceeing, “Calm Down” is the case study. I sent the record to Eminem with 16 bar verse. He sent it back with like 40 bar verse. I’m like ‘man, what the f**k is going on. You are not gonna do this to me on my song.’ I sent back my verse with 45 bars. He sends back 56 bars. I sent mines back 62 bars. He sends back 66 bars. I’m like, look bro, who we making this record for at this point? are we making this record for consumers or we are just battling each other now?”

“But that’s the beauty and the competitive nature and spirit we both have cause we care that much. We love it that much. No one wants to be a weak link. It’s no longer a business at that point. It’s just that fiery passion that still burns in the souls of both of us as true incredible Swordsmen of the sport and we love the opportunity to display the skill set at the most highest level of just raw emceeing. That was so much fun.” – says Busta Rhymes

Eminem shouts out 50 Cent on new song “Killer”

“Killer” is the 13th track from the deluxe edition of Eminem’s recently released Music to Be Murdered By: Side B album.

The song is produced by D.A Got That Dope who also produced “These Demons,” featuring MAJ and “GNAT” on the Side B, as well as “Godzilla,” featuring Juice WRLD, “Those Kinda Nights,” featuring Ed Sheeran and “No Regrets,” featuring Don Toliver on Side A.

In the song, Eminem makes reference to 50 Cent and his greatest hit “In Da Club,” with a clever wordplay:

Went up to this chick who was so tipsy, we went to hug,
Ended up tripping, I picked her up,
She yelled out it’s her birthday,
She’s fifty and in the club
Then it comes on, that “In Da Club” song.”

Old Interview of Snoop Dogg trash-talking on Eminem & “Stan” re-emerges

Following the release of Eminem’s “Zeus” from the deluxe edition of Music to Be Murdered By – Side B, where Eminem throws jabs at Snoop Dogg, many fans had different theories about why Eminem fired shots at Snoop Dogg.

In the song, Eminem raps: “As far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me. But, just not in my camp. I’m diplomatic, ’cause I’m tryna be. Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me. Man, dog, you was like a damn God to me. Man, not really. I had dog backwards.”

Snoop Dogg has always been some kind of salty towards Eminem in his interviews. Most recently, Snoop leave out Eminem from his Top 10, said he can live without Eminem’s music and Slim Shady is only considered Top 10 in the game because of Dr. Dre.

Recently, a decades old interview has surfaced online, where Snoop Dogg is dissing Eminem and his one of the greatest hits, “Stan,” featuring Dido.

At one point, Snoop said, “I don’t listen to Eminem records. No disrespect to him. I’m gangsta.” and then mocks ‘Stan’ lyrics: “I don’t hear that bulls**t, I’m a gangsta”

Elliott Taylor tells inspiring story behind Eminem & Skylar Grey’s “Black Magic”

“Leaving Heaven,” Skylar Grey jumps on a song with Eminem on “Black Magic” from the deluxe edition of Music To Be Murdered By: Side B, produced by Skylar Grey and Jayson Dezuzio.

Skylar Grey’s fiancé, Elliott Taylor, who is also a musician, told a little inspiring story behind the song and shared super demo version of the track on Instagram.

“Straight up, the song “Black magic” by Eminem and Skylar Grey was started on an out of tune broken guitar, in a 400 square feet home with a shitty overheating laptop on a two feet shelf studio. Here is the first voice note of us free-styling high as f**k. Swipe right to feel the vibes. Never give up on your dreams fam. The greatest things in this world all start off like a s**tty design on a bar napkin. You just gotta try, and then keep trying.” says Elliott.

Eminem issues warning to Drake on a new song “Zeus”

On Side B of his album Music to Be Murdered By (Deluxe Edition), Eminem offers some advice to current king of Hip-Hop charts: Drake. The Rap God warns the beloved Toronto rapper that while he may be on top now, that could change.

In the song Eminem raps:

I’ve had a great view to see the (See the) game through (Through)
And, Drake, they’re gonna turn on you (You) one day too (Too)
And the more you win, the sooner (Sooner) they do
They’ll be calling you a trash bin
Sayin’ that your new one isn’t better than your last and
Even if it is, once they start to turn their backs
They ain’t never comin’ back in
They did it to Chance
Next they’ll be mentionin’ Future in the past tense (Yeah)
Or sayin’ “Adiós” to Migos
I ain’t dissin’, I’m just tryna keep this s**t a C-note

Drake himself was feeling the process has already started. In his 2018 song “God’s Plan” he raps:

And still, bad things
It’s a lot of bad things
That they wishin’ and wishin’ and wishin’ and wishin’
They wishin’ on me

Last Friday, Eminem released the deluxe edition of Music To Be Murdered By: Side B. The album includes a song “These Demons,” featuring MAJ, produced by TheLoudPack, Eminem, d.a. got that dope and Mike Zombie.

In the song, Eminem shouts out legendary hip-hop group, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony with a clever wordplay:

‘Cause I got a bone (Bone) to pick and Slim Shady
Will thug (Thug) and (And) harm any (Harmony)
Who attempt to diss Hailie

During the live chat with WHY TV, Bizzy Bone responded to Eminem’s homage:

Machine Gun Kelly responds Eminem’s jab on “Zeus”

Machine Gun Kelly, who has recently admitted his rap career went downhill after beefing with Eminem, has responded Eminem’s jab on “Zeus,” featuring White Gold from Music To Be Murdered By: Side B album.

On the song “Zeus,” Eminem kicks his verse with the following lines:

“She says I am trash, but she listens to Tekashi,
Bitch, you lost me,
Fair weather, wishy-washy,
She thinks Machine washed me,
Swear to God, man, her favorite rapper wish he’d crossed me..”

(This line doubles as wordplay for machine-washing clothes).

Looks like Machine Gun Kelly is not impressed with the subliminal diss as he responded to the song with trash emoji. Check the tweets below:

Eminem shouts out J. Cole and Lil Wayne on a new song “Favorite B**ch,” ft. Ty Dolla $ign

Yesterday, Eminem dropped the deluxe edition of Music To Be Murdered By: Side B and the album includes a song “Favorite B**ch,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, produced by Eminem, MjNichols and Blacknailz.

In the song, Eminem gives super shout out to J. Cole and Lil Wayne:

As the era whence we came
From Nas to Pac, Rak’, Eric B. and Kane,
But I know a few from this era that are lyrically insane,
And although most are never gonna hit the level Cole or Weezy at

Eminem does not think that the level of J. Cole or Lil Wayne is easily reachable since the new generation have chosen a different direction, and the rap-mentality of Cole or Weezy are totally different from what it is nowadays.
