50 Cent reveals he’s working on “8 Mile” TV series with Eminem involved

Couple of days ago, TMZ caught up with the “8 Mile” star Mekhi Phifer where the Hollywood star turned down the possibility of Eminem shooting “8 Mile 2” movie but it seems 50 Cent is already working on the 8 Mile TV Series about Eminem’s legendary career.

“Second part? Sometimes it’s best to leave at one. Sometimes it’s best to leave it alone, once you make a classic, there is no reason to fool around with it. There has not been any conversations about it and it might never happen. Leave the classic alone and it will all be good. Just live with the 8 Mile. It might be interesting what happened next but the story that we told it was all good. I would not be in it. I’m sure Eminem would be in it either.” said Mekhi Phifer.

Today 50 Cent dropped by the neighborhood to speak with Big Boy about Black Mafia Family Season 2, touring 36 countries, and surpassing 1.8 billion views in 2022. He also discusses his Super Bowl performance with Dr. Dre and Eminem, his First Pitch for the Mets, and his hit song “In Da Club.” Plus, 50 Cent revealed Eminem turned down $9 million offer to perform at the FIFA World Cup 2022. He also revealed his plans to create an “8 Mile” TV show.

“I’m gonna bring his 8 Mile to television. And Em knows it. It’s gonna be big. I’m working on it. I ain’t got no does. I’m betting one hundred. It should be there for his legacy. It’s important to me that they understand it. It’s a modern version of Em, think about Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Like a modern version of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. I wanna be able to show and offer a lot more details. I’mma do Snoop Dogg story too.” said 50 Cent during the 40-minutes interview.

50 Cent reacts to Eminem’s latest YouTube achievement, promises new music in 2023

With four Billboard No. 1 singles, 13 Top 10 hits and 41 Hot 100 songs, 50 Cent may have dominated hip-hop 2000s and 2010s but nowadays he is looking to climb the charts of a different kind — with TV Shows and his latest podcast.

“I like true crime, period, the entire genre. If you don’t read the news, if you’re not in the current events, [then you should]. I do.” said Fiddy.

In recent years,  50 Cent has put making new music on the back burner while expanding his profile as an actor and producer. Jackson found success acting on the Starz series Power from 2014 until 2020 and has a role in The Expendables 4 next year. As a television producer, he helped bring the crime drama Black Mafia Family to life and saw his Hip-Hop Homicides series premiere on AMC earlier this month.

50 Cent & Snoop Dogg react to “toddler rappers”

The Baby Superstar by a full stack designer Gil Finkelstein is getting more and more popular every day and 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg are the proof of it.

The man who transfers celebrities into toddlers using artificial technology (probably) received a shout out from hip-hop superstars after de-aging some of the most popular rappers in the game, including Eminem, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, Drake, Cardi B, Will Smith and Jay-Z.

Snoop shared the collage of toddlers on his social media and in the caption the legendary rapper expressed the astonishment and gave the shout out to the creator.

50 Cent also went on social media to share the artist’s imaginary to his millions of followers. In the caption he wrote: “These apps are crazy man, who is sitting there making this s–t.” Check it out below and hope you enjoy it too.

Ice Cube says Eminem & 50 Cent are the reasons N.W.A album with Snoop Dogg didn’t come out

To promote their new Mount Westmore album, Ice Cube, E-40 and Too $hort has recently visited Bootleg Kev for an exclusive interview where the crew talked about record contracts, financial investing, new album and much more.

At one point of the interview, the legendary hip-hop figures talked about Dr. Dre.

E-40: I think Dr. Dre is the greatest producer in hip-hop, of all time. He’s a perfectionist. He’s on our Mount Westmore album. I think we are going to get songs out of Dre. We love Dre.

Bootleg Kev: Yo, how close you all were to do a f—ing new N.W.A. with Snoop? Where are those songs at?

Ice Cube: Not close at all. We were about to get into it and then he met Eminem and then he met 50 Cent. [Smiles] He met those two dudes and that just took his attention. We will now get something out of Dre. He has been sending me a lot of music.

E-40: Dre is a genius. Hopefully we get something out of him.

Too $hort: He was an early on Mount Westmore supporter. He got caught wind of the project early through Snoop. He pulled up with Snoop in studio. He put a snapper approve. He jumped on a song! We got a song with him but it didn’t make in this album. That will be on the second album.

In the same interview, E-40 addressed his “Busta Rhymes will eat Eminem in Verzuz battle” comments he made earlier this year and him and Ice Cube expressed his desire to work with Slim Shady.

The star-studded event featured a guest appearances from the likes of Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Academy Award winner Leonardo DiCaprio and tennis legend Serena Williams.

According to the sources, 50 Cent delivered not one but two performances for the packed audience. Based on reports, we can thank Kim Kardiashian for that.

The hip-hop legend kicked the night off with a 46-minute set that included his career’s some of biggest hits, that included Get Rick Or Die Tryin’ and The Massacre chart-topping singles: “In Da Club,” “Candy Shop,” “Just a Lil Bit,” “P.I.M.P.,” and “Disco Inferno.”

50 Cent threatens people who discredit Eminem

In a recent interview with Brian J. Roberts, 50 Cent explained how he found himself in a number of legal situations over the years and talked about Green Light Gang world tour, Surviving El Chapo podcast, racial nuances between Eminem and Tupac and much more.

During the interview, Fifty said: “I love Em. I don’t think people credit him for everything. I think the growth of our culture should be also a trophy for them. He had those Vanilla Ice situations, those guys that came were not respected and accepted and they were big f—ing artists. Me personally, my career is a fair reflection of my association to Em. Prior to my record coming out, the most solo black male artist sales was five million copies on Tupac’s All Eyez On Me, double CD. It was first time I seen something go diamond. And to have my first album sell 10 million records, if you discredit or disassociate the fact that I did it in association to Eminem who sold 23 million records on The Marshall Mathers LP, you are just a f—ing idiot. He authentically is ours. I love him to death. Ain’t nobody telling me s–t because he’s in tight seconds spot in my life for people who have done things for me who didn’t have to. And when I say this to him, he’s flattered by it. Behind my grandmother taking care of me and looking out for me when she didn’t have to, he’s the person that did that for me.”

50 Cent also ‘threatened’ people who keep discrediting Eminem: “People don’t understand why I’m like that with him but I’m always like that. If they get too crazy with the things they are saying about him, they are gonna see me do stuff that he probably wouldn’t do.”

50 Cent has officially been honored with key to the city & his own day in Huston

50 Cent has officially been honored with his own day in Houston.

The former Shady Records rapper was also given the key to the Texas city during a presentation at its annual Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday, November 24, 2022.

“This is somebody who is philanthropist, rapper, artist, business person — you name it. He used to live in another city up north but found his way down south. This is one person who is now a Houstonian. I want to thank him.” – said Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner, during the ceremony.

Fifty has recently teamed up with the Houston Rockets ahead of the holiday to bless 1,000 families in need with Thanksgiving meals. “He did not come here to live. He has been helping out on so many causes in this city — especially in our high schools, turning our high school students into entrepreneurs with his G-Unity program. This city has been elevated because of his presence and so today we have the honor of saying to him, he’s our 2022 Grand Marshal.” – Mayor Turner continued.

“Anywhere you go, 550 buildings, use the key, the door will swing wide open.” he added.

50 Cent responded to the news by sharing the screenshot with the caption: “Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.”

50 Cent later reacted to the news during the ceremony. “Thank you, Mayor Turner. I just want to say it’s an honor to be here today. I’m really excited about being in Houston. Since I made my way out here, Houstonians have embraced me with open arms and it just feels like a great place for me to expand G-Unity as a foundation. I think the legacy is always people, so it’s exciting for me to make it to the next stage. Thank you.”

50 Cent compares Eminem & 2Pac’s approach when writing lyrics about their mothers

In a recent interview with Brian J. Roberts, 50 Cent explained how he found himself in a number of legal situations over the years. That means legal fees, and when the rapper learned just how much he’s paid in legal fees since coming to fame with Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ in 2003, the number shocked him. “I spent over $23 million legal fees since I’ve had success in 2003. Over $23 million in legal fees. So when you say you successful or that you rich in a different way, that money was just written off as expenses of business. You in it and I’m going, ‘What?’ When I’m looking at it myself, ‘That’s how much you really spent on that?’ I was like, ‘Wow!’” said Fifty who also talked about many topics, including Eminem and 2Pac.

“I put two hip-hop artists right that are really profound, have been really prolific within our culture, that have very similar topics with different responses. Eminem’s mom, the drug usage was part of it, and he would do ‘I’m sorry mama, I never meant to hurt you, I never meant to make you cry but tonight I’m cleanin’ out my closet’ and then 2Pac’s mom, also has some drug usage involved, and he said ‘even though you was a crack fiend, you always was a black queen mama.’ And I think the tones of anger and the difference between in two of them as an artists are…Em’s anger is coming from things that where supposed to be right and Tupac’s statement is almost like a terms of endearment, because it’s like, we were always still all we had. I think the expectations of things going right from a white American perspective versus things accepting the idea of things not going right for African-American perspective, are what makes difference in tones in those records. It’s both the same scenario but different ways of expressing experience because of the difference in two artists.” said 50 Cent.

Then he continues: “I love Em. And when I say this to him, he’s flattered by it. Behind my grandmother taking care of me and looking out for me when she didn’t have to, he’s the person that did that for me.”

50 Cent trolls Madonna over lip-syncing to Kendrick Lamar song

Yesterday, 50 Cent called out Madonna again for being “on some bulls**t” in a post on Instagram. Fifty referred to the legendary pop singer as a “grandma” in response to a post of her lip-syncing to Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar’s song, called “Vent.”

“I told y’all grandma was on bulls–t! like a virgin at 64. LOL” Fiddy captioned the post while sharing a screenshot of the headline referencing Madonna’s video.

“Have you ever been punched in your motherf–king face? “What you say, oh you haven’t? Alright, wait!” Madonna lip-synced while rocking a silver grill and necklaces. “Alright, wait, b—h,” she captioned the video post.

The new post is not the first time that the former Shady Records heavyweight has called out Madonna on social media. The two have traded shots online multiple times in recent years.

Back in 2021, Fifty asked for forgiveness for roasting the pop singer over a series of racy photos she had shared; however, Madonna refused to accept the apology. Instead, she labeled it “bulls–t.”

“Essentially, you were trying to shame me. You were trying to humiliate me. Your apology is fake. It is bulls–t. An apology is not valid if you do not know what you are apologizing for. What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.” she wrote.

50 Cent lashes out on Kanye West after Kanye’s alleged history of admiration for Adolf Hitler

Yesterday, 50 Cent shared now-deleted screenshot of the CNN’s article about Kanye West having “a disturbing history of admiring Hitler.”

In the caption, Fifty wrote: “I have never seen anything like this before. I think Kanye should buy the car he likes the best and just ride off into the sun set, it’s really a wrap. People are really hurt by this s**t. I have seen people in this position because of thing they have did not things they have said. Now you gotta master the art of shutting the f**k up! You gonna make everybody hot. Go cool off!”

Several hours prior to this events, Fiddy shared a screenshot of an article where Ye is saying “we got Donda school designs, we need to build with 50 in Houston.” 50 captioned that one, saying “OK YE lets build a school in Houston but go cool off, n***a you hot right now the Feds all on you!” This post is also deleted now.

50 Cent also hopped on the viral “cut ties” trend, in which rappers jokingly cancelled themselves. He shared a screenshot which said “Curtis Jackson has reportedly cut ties with 50 Cent” with the caption: “I’m getting rid of anybody who can get me f**ked up like Kanye right now! LOL.”

Other hip-hop acts also joined the latest trolling trend. Check out some of them below:

50 Cent talks about Eminem’s legacy & Kanye West’s latest actions

50 Cent has recently sat down with Ebro in the Morning for an enlightening conversation about many of his business dealings and projects, including Sire Spirits being exclusive with several sports teams that includes Houston Texans, Sacramento Kings, Astros, and Rockets through the G-Unit foundation. He also talked about living in Los Angeles and some of the latest news surrounding his podcasts and television shows.

He also discussed Nicki Minaj and Latto’s back and forth, Eminem‘s legacy, Kanye West’s latest actions, past beef with Fat Joe and Murder Inc. and much more.

“I think a part of Eminem’s legacy is the growth of our culture. People would not buy it if they didn’t see what they fit into it. When he comes and he’s there and he’s a legitimate artist because of his journey. When you look at 8 Mile, you are seeing black story with white lead. You see in poverty, you see him under circumstances. When you look at his friends, Proof, D12, and everybody’s there, he’s a real hip-hop guy.” said 50 Cent.

After that, he talked about Ye: “I think Kanye West is in dangerous area. I forgive him the things he said. There is nothing for me to say about it. I watched it take place and I just looked and I was like ‘yeah that’s him doing what he does. What Kanye would do. Even the original Trump support thing. Everybody navigates things differently. He’s offering a description of crazy but when you start getting in certain areas they are not gonna actually be compassionate for what’s going on with him. He’s not crazy and it’s not like he does not know what he’s saying. He knows exactly what he’s saying.”

As you know Kanye West has recently appeared on Drink Champs where he talked about George Floyd: “I watched the George Floyd documentary that Candace Owens put out. One of the things that his two roommates said was they want a tall guy like me, and the day that he died, he said a prayer for eight minutes. They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

You can watch the interview below. Kanye part starts at 35:21, Eminem part at 23:04.
