Kathy continued, “They offered me I think 500 bucks or something but I remember being like, ‘I’m an actress. What do I care about being in a music video?'” The actress and comedian said that she asked for $10,000 to be in the music video, and they agreed.
The video was directed by named Gary Gray and Dr. Dre and they would tell Kathy to “go rough [Eminem] up.” She remembered approaching Eminem and introducing herself, and had nothing but good things to say about Eminem, who she said, introduced himself by his real name Marshall. She also revealed that she got casted for the music video because Snoop Dogg said she was funny.
