Lefty Gunplay interpolates couple of Eminem songs on “MENACE” with The Game

Lefty Gunplay and JasonMartin have teamed up for their latest collaborative album, Can’t Get Right, released on May 9, 2025. This project brings together the raw energy of Lefty Gunplay, a rising star from Baldwin Park, and the seasoned artistry of Compton’s JasonMartin (formerly known as Problem).

In the song “MENACE,” featuring The Game, Lefty Gunplay interpolates few Eminem song’s lyrics like “Like Toy Soldiers,” “Careful What You Wish For” and “Lose Yourself.” You can bump the new tack below.

Lefty Gunplay, who gained his popularity with a song “TV OFF” by Kendrick Lamar, has previously cited Eminem as his one of the biggest influences. Last month, in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid on Shade 45, Lefty expressed his admiration for Eminem, naming him among his top three favorite artists.

“I love Eminem. You heard my Superman freestyle? I gotta do Till I Collapse too. No, Like Toy Soldiers. I’ve been writing to that beat every single day. I write to every Eminem beat. Top 3 gotta be Eminem. 50 Cent was hard too. 50 Cent, The Game, Eminem, I like Pac, I like Nip, I like YG.” said Lefty Gunplay.

Then he continued: “I’m pretty sure Eminem has heard of who I am because I give him nothing but his respect every single time I got the chance to. That’d be a dream come true. I like that old school Eminem. The first Eminem when he’s getting it off his chest, the first vibes. That’s how I feel like I’m going to. Eventually, I wanna transition into longevity Eminem.”
