Ed Sheeran’s keyboard player shares unforgettable emotions while performing with Eminem
Ed Sheeran fans were left stunned after the pop singer brought out Eminem as a surprise guest during his concert in Detroit, Michigan on July 15, 2023.
During the concert at Ford Field, Sheeran told the crowd that he was going to play the cover of Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”. As the crowd started catching up to the beat, Eminem appeared on stage and began performing his song with Sheeran. The two also performed “Stan” together.
Yesterday, Ed’s keyboard player Ashton Miranda shared his emotions felt while performing with the Detroit icon: “EMINEM IN DETROIT. A few months on and I’m still not over this moment. From listening to Stan on the school bus with my mates to Musical Directing and playing Lose Yourself & Stan in Detroit, in a stadium with Ed AND Eminem… insane. I can only show gratitude for where I am right now. Gratitude to my mum, my family, my friends and people in the music industry who have shown support and placed their trust in me.” he posted on Instagram.
Then he continued: “And as always a HUGE thank you to Ed and the team for the continued trust they put in me to execute musically what’s needed. Stay focused, stay disciplined and stay consistent.”
