Eminem to headline concert in Saudi Arabia for the first time ever

The GOAT is back. MDLBeast Soundstorm 2024 is returning to Riyadh which takes place from December 12, 2024 to December 14, 2024 and the first act of the highly anticipated music festival has been announced. Get ready to welcome Eminem to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Slim Shady will be headlining MDLBeast Soundstorm in Riyadh. While the exact date of his performance hasn’t been announced yet, we know that it’s going to be one for the books. Additionally, this will mark Eminem’s first-ever concert in Saudi Arabia. And if you’re someone who has lived in the Kingdom, you probably already know how big of a deal he is in the region.

“Guess who’s coming. The G.O.A.T is coming. Eminem is hitting the stage at SS24. Get your tickets now.” posted the official account of mdlbeast.soundstorm on Instagram.

Eminem is no stranger to Riyadh though. Last year, during his epic walk to the ring at Sin City’s T-Mobile Arena, Terence Crawford was joined by Eminem as the Detroit legend’s 8 Mile hit song “Lose Yourself” boomed throughout the packed venue. “Las Vegas, make motherf–king noise for the next undisputed welterweight champion of the world, Terence ‘Bud’ f—ing Crawford,” Eminem yelled to the roaring crowd.

MDLBeast Soundstorm is the region’s biggest music festival. The festival started in 2019 and has attracted local and international musical acts. Taking place on the outskirts of Riyadh, the festival is like the Glastonbury of the Middle East, just in the middle of the desert rather than a muddy field.

Apart from Emimen, fans are expecting several other A-list acts, blockbuster sets and a whole lot of fun. In the past, MDLBeast Soundstorm headliners have included Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, Metallica, Post Malone, Swedish House Mafia, Travis Scott,  50 Cent, Afrojack, Busta Rhymes, David Guetta, Fat Joe, Marshmello, Rick Ross and Will Smith.

If you want to join MDLBeast Soundstorm 2024, you can register for early bird tickets. Plus, it will give you access to information, as it gets announced. Visit https://mdlbeast.com for tickets and more information.

Shakur Stevenson talks meeting Eminem at Terence Crawford fight

Shakur Stevenson says there might be a chance Eminem could walk him out for his next fight following a recent meeting between the pair.

The two-weight world champion will fight for the vacant WBC lightweight title against Edwin De Los Santos on November 16, 2023 and has not ruled out being accompanied by the Detroit legend.

Having escorted Terrence Crawford to the ring for his July battle against Errol Spence, Slim Shady is no stranger to the boxing scene.

He was also present when Tyson Fury defeated Francis Ngannou in a split decision in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.

Stevenson revealed that he met the lyricist during the weekend of the Crawford v Spence fight in Las Vegas and let slip a conversation between the pair.

“I actually met him the night before the fight. He told me he was a big fan and actually he is a big fan because when he saw me he was like ‘man, two of my favorite boxers, I finally get to meet them. Nobody can beat you man, it’s just too hard to hit you man.” – Shakur Stevenson told ES News.

The ringing endorsement from one of music’s biggest stars pleased the Olympic silver medalist who also hinted at a possible collaboration with Eminem in the near future.

When asked if Marshall Mathers could walk him to the ring in his next fight, he replied: “I don’t know, we’ll see, we’ll see.”

Joe Budden reacts to Eminem walking out Terence Crawford

For the second time last month, Eminem made a surprise appearance at a packed arena that was not one of his own shows.

Two weeks after popping up onstage at Ed Sheeran’s concert at Detroit’s Ford Field stadium, Eminem was in Las Vegas to walk boxer Terence Crawford to the ring for his title fight Saturday night against Errol Spence Jr.

“Las Vegas, make some noise for the next undisputed welterweight champion of the world, Terence “Bud” f–king Crawford,” Eminem yelled to the star-filled crowd in the microphone as the signature beats of his 8 Mile movie hit single “Lose Yourself” filled the T-Mobile Arena.

Many celebrities where stunned by the event, including Joe Budden who could not hide his excitement during 647th episode of Joe Budden Podcast.

“When this song comes on you can do anything in the world. You can accomplish anything you want to accomplish out there. It’s a cheat code. Yo, I was in my room by the time this beat drop, I said ‘HOLY S–T’! WHAT THE F–K! OHHH MYYYY GOD!’ I switched sides so fast. Before Em could sing his Mom’s Spaghetti on his shirt, DAWG! I know me and Em may have had our differences but this right here, this is what this song was made for! OH MY GOOOD!” says Joe Budden in the video.

EMINEM IS ON THE RING WITH TERENCE CRAWFORD!

Terence Crawford has just entered the ring for the Errol Spence battle.

On Thursday, Crawford posted a video to Instagram in which he sat with fellow boxing world champion Shakur Stevenson and the pair discussed which artist could potentially perform on his ring walk for the fight.

Stevenson asked Crawford: “Who’ve you got walking you out though?”

Crawford replied: “S***, I don’t know man.

“You know what I was thinking would be crazy s***? I think it would be dope to have Eminem walk me out or something like that.

“He’s never walked nobody out, huh?”

Stevenson said: “I ain’t gonna lie, Eminem’s a GOAT. I ain’t never seen him walking nobody out in a boxing ring.”

Crawford admitted: “Yeah, I ain’t neither, that’d be dope.”

“Stevenson added: “That’d be fire, that’d be different levels, next level. Two GOATs.”

On Thursday night, Eminem left a comment on the video which said: “This is too crazy!!! You are one of my favorite boxers right now!”

Crawford replied: “Pull up Em! Lets do some legendary s***.” Then Eminem replied with emojis.
