Nick Cannon picks one of 50 Cent’s songs as the biggest song in hip-hop history

There are total of 419 songs in Spotify history that managed to cross the 1 Billion streams and 50 Cent’s 2003 mega hit song “In Da Club,” produced by Dr. Dre from Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ album is one of them. The song now has over 400 million more streams than his second biggest hit on the platform, “Candy Shop,” from The Massacre album.

To celebrate, Spotify sent 50 Cent a plaque sporting a silver plated version of their logo. Fiddy shared the photo on Instagram with the caption: “Take your time, make it a classic then it won’t go away.”

In the comments section, Method Man and Bobby Shmurda commented fire emojis. Nick Cannon also replied: “Biggest Song in HipHop History!!” adding fire emojis.

Nick Cannon’s shout out came shortly after he threw shots at 50 Cent over his weight. Cannon made the comments about Fiddy while discussing Vivica Fox during one of the episodes of his “The Daily Cannon” podcast show. “You can like, fantasize about Fif from 15 years ago. That’s a different Fif than this fat ni**a that’s walking around now. He is fat! He look like he got a pack of hot dogs on the back of his neck. You looking at them pictures from ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’,’ now it’s get thick or die fryin’.”

50 Cent seemingly responded on Instagram, saying: “If your marketing campaign is say something about 50. Your not going to make it, have a nice day.”

Bobby Shmurda shows love to Eminem & 50 Cent, hilariously raps “The Real Slim Shady”

Bobby Shmurda has recently sat down with HipHopDX where he walked through his career, lessons learned, dances to Burna Boy song, shows love and hilariously raps Eminem’s “The Real Slim Shady”, talked about the advices from Diddy and 50 Cent and much more.

“I talked to 50 Cent last month. I love Fifty. I was on the phone for like an hour. Fif got lot of game. I also met first time Eminem in my life [at the 2022 Apefest event in New York City]. Growing up, listening to Fifty, you grow up listening to Eminem too. [Then starts mumbling “The Real Slim Shady”]. I’m just vibing.” said Bobby

On June 24, a clip surfaced online of Eminem performing with Snoop Dogg at the 2022 Apefest event in New York City. The two rap icons performed their collaborative single, “From the D 2 the LBC” from Curtain Call 2 album. After their performance, Em walked backstage and bumped into Cordae, who he instantly recognized and dapped up and hugged. Laying in the cut with Cordae was Bobby Shmurda, and his interaction with Em was slightly different but comical.

Eminem barely recognizes Bobby Shmurda & Cordae backstage at ApeFest 2022

Last night, Eminem and Snoop Dogg have debuted new single “From The D 2 The LBC” at the ApeFest 2022. The song is produced by Eminem himself and is supposed to be on his upcoming compilation album, “Curtain Call: The Hits 2.”

The fast-talking single arrived with a music video directed by James Larese, which switches between live footage of the legendary rappers and an animated world where they transform into Bored Ape-looking avatars. All these were shown on the big screen at ApeFest stage, introduced by Chris Rock.

After Eminem and Snoop Dogg presented their new joint to the audience, they went straight to the backstage. There, Slim Shady met Cordae and Bobby Shmurda who shouted “big hommie” at Eminem before handshake and hugging each-other.
