In a new interview on PANDA CHOP! News, Necro reacts to Benzino lashing out at white podcasters after being criticized for ruining The Source magazine. He also weighs in on Benzino’s long-standing beef with Eminem.
“I don’t know how I feel about Benzino and Eminem beef. I don’t agree with Eminem racist, the young s–t that he did. I don’t agree in the way Benzino was coming at him, you know, saying he does not have right to rap. But here is what I think about it in the end: Who really won? Eminem won. Eminem has his millions, he is considered legendary. It didn’t hurt him. It kinda hurt Benzino more than it hurt Eminem.” said Necro.
Then he continued: “This is why I never dissed Eminem. I don’t think it would help me. I don’t think it would do anything good for my career. I think what’s going to happen is I’ll get hated on. My fans might like it. But there’d be more people that would label me as an enemy of their beliefs, Eminem fans and people. I don’t think it would really helped the brand. It would just categorize me as another Eminem disser that never got to Eminem’s level. I would rather not even being in that category.”
“If he dissed me and said something negative it might benefit me then because he started it. But I don’t think Eminem started dissing Benzino first, just like he has never mentioned me.” Necro added. You can watch the interview below:
