Posted on May 25, 2021 By Remy Gelenidze 50 Cent’s classic debut album, Get Rich or Die Tryin’, which was released back in 2003 under Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records, has just surpassed 2 Billion streams on Spotify.Upon its release, Get Rich or Die Tryin’ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, selling over 872,000 copies in its first week. The album’s singles also saw commercial success, with both “In da Club” and “21 Questions” reaching No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while “P.I.M.P.” became a No.1 hit in several countries. Get Rich or Die Tryin’ was ranked by several publications as one of the best albums of the 2000s. In 2020, it was certified 9× Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
