Eminem overcomes Drake to set another record on Spotify

Eminem’s classic album from 2000, “The Marshall Mathers LP” has surpassed 2 billion streams on Spotify which makes Eminem the first and the only artist in history to have 7 albums with over 2 billion streams each.

The Marshall Mathers LP, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, Recovery, Music To Be Murdered By, Kamikaze, The Eminem Show, Curtain Call: The Hits have all surpassed the 2 billion mark. Another album that is close to the milestone is Revival with 1.6 billion streams.

Drake comes on second place as he has six albums to reach that accolade.

Eminem ties Drake’s all-time record on Spotify

Eminem’s “Curtain Call: The Hits” has surpassed 2 billion streams on Spotify which means that Detroit legend ties Drake as the ONLY artists on Spotify’s history to have six albums above 2 billion streams each on the streaming platform.
