Coi Leray reacts to Eminem’s “Doomsday Pt. 2” video

Cole Bennett and Lyrical Lemonade team have finally dropped the music video of Eminem‘s “Doomsday Pt. 2” song from All Is Yellow album with the cameos from Big Sean, BabyTron, Denzel Curry, Teezo Touchdown, JID, Swae Lee and Cordae and Coi Leray is one of the first to make a comment about it.

For the track’s music video, Cole stages Shady in front of the album’s signature yellow curtain, on a set that resembles that of the “Doomsday” video. Bennett, of course, also suits him up in an all-black three-piece suit and yellow tie. “It’s an honor to have Eminem on the album. Thank you for always leaning into my vision and believing in me. Apologies for the delay on this video, I’m trying to tell a greater story with these videos that will all make a bit more sense later on and I wanted to make sure I get this one right.” – Cole Bennett wrote on Instagram.

In the song, Eminem throws jokes at Benzino and name-drops her daughter, Coi Leray with the following lines: “Well, I guess then I regret to inform you, hate to spoil the day (What?) / But this doesn’t bring me no joy to say (Huh?) / Guess that Coi Leray feat’s in the toilet, ayy? (Goddamn).” This is a reference to an interview that Coi Leray did with Math Hoffa in which she was asked If Eminem reached out to do a record, would you do it with him, to which she responded: “No, no, hell no – unless I got my father’s blessing. Like I would sit my father down first of all and bring it up to him.” Implying that had it not been for the long-standing beef between Eminem and her dad, she would’ve liked to do a feature with him. This is emphasized in her comment that she would consider it if her dad gave her the go ahead. Eminem is, in essence, giving us the Spoiler, that if Coi ever did want to collab, it won’t happen, and that is regardless of whether Benzino agrees to it or not, because Eminem himself is not open to the idea.

When the song was released, Coi responded to Slim Shady on Twitter: “N-ggas went through so much s–t in 2023, you would have thought people found God in 2024. Mfs be so caught up in the devils work, it’s almost Impossible for them to change. Rap beef is so washed and tired. Exhausting. Embarrassing. Just f–king over all corny as f–k….I got no issues with no one. I’m so locked in on my grown and sexy vibes… if anybody don’t like me, that’s something they gotta take on with them selves…Man who the hell said I wanted a Eminem feature?? Imagine Eminem on Wanna Come thru?

Coi Leray has just reacted to “Doomsday Pt. 2” video as well. Under Cole Bennett’s latest post on Instagram, she commented: “Cute.” Someone replied: “a diss song about ur father ain’t cute, sell out.” Another commented: “Em will end your career faster than he ended your fathers.” Check out the screenshot of the comment below:

Coi Leray responds Eminem’s namedrop on “Doomsday Pt. 2”

Cole Bennett and Lyrical Lemonade have released their much anticipated compilations album All Is Yellow, which includes a song “Doomsday Pt. 2” by Eminem, produced by 22-year old Portland native rapper, singer and producer, Daniyel. The song is directed mainly at Benzino and his daughter Coi Leray.

In the song, Eminem makes fun of Benzino: “Now I got a riddle (What?), one condition, you mustn’t laugh (Okay)/What is the opposite of Benzino? (Uh, what?)/A giraffe (Haha), Go at his neck, how the f**k is that? (Yeah)/How can I go at somethin’ he doesn’t have? (Haha)/Arm so short he can’t even touch his hands/When they’re up above his head doin’ jumpin’ jacks (Wow).”

Eminem goes even further and claims that Benzino is broke and lives in motels with gay men. Slim Shady also throws Benzino’s daughter Coi Leray under the bus for good measure. “Well, I guess then I regret to inform you, hate to spoil the day (What?)/But this doesn’t bring me no joy to say (Huh?)/Guess that Coi Leray feat’s in the toilet, ayy? (Goddamn),” he raps.

Coi has recently spoke about her father’s beef with Eminem in an interview with Math Hoffa on My Expert Opinion, where she claimed that she’s a grown woman, and she doesn’t want to get involved in any way in her father’s beef. In the same interview, Coi Leray said that even though she likes Eminem, she would never do a song with him out of respect for Benzino, this is why Em says that the Coi Leray feature is in the toilet, meaning that a song between the two is never happening.

Coi Leray has just responded Eminem on X (Twitter), sharing a short clip of her latest single with the caption: “Man who the hell said I wanted a Eminem feature ?? Imagine Eminem on Wanna Come Thru?” Then she added another tweet: There’s no way I’m about to entertain these grown a– men and the beef they been having for over 20years . Lmao it’s so stupid all I can do is laugh. 2 decades later ?? gtfoh im grown. Move along. Go Stream my s–t.” Check the tweets below:

Benzino responds to Eminem’s “Doomsday Pt. 2” diss

Last night, video director Cole Bennett and music group Lyrical Lemonade dropped a compilation album called “All Is Yellow” which includes a song “Doomsday Pt. 2” by Eminem, produced by 22-year old Portland native rapper, singer and producer, Daniyel. In the song, Eminem dissed Benzino and slammed his daughter Coi Leray.

“Now I got a riddle (What?), one condition, you mustn’t laugh (Okay)/What is the opposite of Benzino? (Uh, what?)/A giraffe (Haha), Go at his neck, how the f**k is that? (Yeah)/How can I go at somethin’ he doesn’t have? (Haha)/Arm so short he can’t even touch his hands/When they’re up above his head doin’ jumpin’ jacks (Wow).” Em raps.

While Benzino has not publicly responded to the song, I hit him in the DMs on Instagram and here is what he said: “Man c’mon, people are out here starving and this what he on? That nursery rhyme bulls–t??? He can’t even come out side on his own. Nah bro sorry. That ain’t it. People in Detroit are f–ked up. He got millions. Doing absolutely nothing. Tell me, who’s he donated too? You tell me. Who’s he helping? Tell me.”

Benzino did not stop there and continued: “Another note. Why won’t he fight me? Boxing. I’ll beat the link off him. He can’t even go across the street his entire life without security. I’m too old for this rap. Both of us are mid 50s. Like c’mon bro. He ain’t tough. He’s like a lil kid. I’m actually disappointed. The opposite of Benzino is a giraffe??? Really bro? This is what you are into? Bro he’s too old and nobody cares. C’mon man grow up.”

Benzino’s daughter Coi Leray talks about his beef with Eminem & if she ever do a song with Eminem

Coi Leray has recently sat down with Math Hoffa on his My Expert Opinion podcast where she talked about Benzino and Eminem‘s beef.

“I don’t know about the Eminem thing. I was not old enough to understand it. So I can’t even tell you. I know that, anything that has to do with Eminem I don’t have nothing to do with those times. So don’t involve me in it. I’m my own person. Don’t do that.” – Coi Leray said.

Then she continued: “If it was the situation which I don’t know so I’m just saying because I’mma ride for my father regardless. Cause  he is my father. I don’t give a f–k what anybody says. But right is right and wring is wring. At the end of the day I was not there to understand but what I do know all that rap beef s–t, even just today, is just a f–king noise to me. It is just so noise to me I just think it’s so corny. I don’t pay no mind to it. I don’t. If my father feels how he feels I was not there so I can’t give my opinion. I was not old enough to understand those times.”

“I watched 8 Mile and I thought it was a great movie. 8 Mile was crazy. It was one of the great movies. He was great actor. I could tell you some songs that I think are f–king great growing up because I’m very musically inclined. But that’s all I can tell you. I’m not an Eminem fan. I don’t listen to Eminem but I do know ‘I’m sorry mama,’ ‘Cleaning Out My Closet.’ At the end of the day, I was not there.” she added.

Then she was asked if Eminem reached out to do a song with her, would she accept it or not. “Hell no, unless I got my father’s blessing. I would sit down with my father first of all and bring it up to him. And hopefully he’ll be like ‘Do it, I passed the past.’ I love you and I support you anything you wanna do. This is positive. This gonna better you anyway.’ I’ll do it. But if he says otherwise then it’s a no.”

Benzino slams his daughter Coi Leray for defending Eminem

The public feud between Benzino and his daughter Coi Leray continues.

Benzino, who did not look happy about Eminem’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class of 2022, was evidently bothered by his daughter’s defense of Detroit legend.

Shortly after Benzino’s little twitter rant, his daughter fired back: “I’m about love, equality, respect and forgiveness. I have nothing against Eminem, 25 years of my life all I know is he a very talented artist and actor! (8 Mile was great) Let’s build bridges and get over them before you burn the bridge and burn with it.”

Zino replied with now-deleted tweet: “As far as the lil parrot who keeps talking about love and forgiveness. Well there’s this word called ‘loyalty’ and a commandment that says ‘Honor thy Mother and Father’ As far as burning bridges, there no bridge bigger than the one you burnt with your own blood.”

In another deleted tweet, Benzino said: “One day you will realize that the people in these blogs comment section do not really care about you like I do & your label execs will have you sell your soul to make millions. I LOVE & ADORE my only daughter but I will just have to do it from a distance.”

Later, the former Source magazine owner acknowledged Eminem’s induction: “Listen we all know that Eminem is a great artist and sold million of units and deserves any award coming to him, all I’m saying is let’s not forget the legends who paved the way before him. The RRHOF has to recognize everyone if it truly represents Hip Hop.

Coi Leray defends Eminem after her father Benzino called out Rock Hall for induction

Coi Leray defends Eminem after her father Benzino called out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame committee for inducting the Detroit legend into the 2022 class.

Yesterday, Coi shared a tweet that appears to be a response to her father’s statement that shaded Eminem.

“I am about love, equality, respect and forgiveness. I have nothing against Eminem, 25 years of my life all I know is he a very talented artist and actor! (8 Mile was great) Let’s build bridges and get over them before you burn the bridge and burn with it.” said young rapper.

Benzino talks squashing 20-years old beef with Eminem, asks Royce 5’9″ to apologize for attacking his daughter Coi Leray

Benzino has recently chatted with VLAD TV where the former The Source talked about squashing 20-years old beef with Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″ attacking his daughter Coi Leray on Twitter.

“Eminem’s fans are probably the most disrespectful fans but disrespectful in a way that they love their artist and you know what? I understand. They come at me with the stuff you can’t imagine and it’s been for years. I tried the ways to ignore it but the only way that I can put this to an end to not mess up my kid’s career, is to say, what I probably should have said long time ago, is that Eminem is a part of hip-hop. Eminem is a dope artist. He is a part of hip-hop regardless of what he said or done. People change. Who am I to judge.” said Benzino

“It’s not like I never liked Eminem songs. I like bunch of his songs. It’s not like he’s disrespecting me. It’s his fans. His fans are the worst bro. They are disrespectful. But Eminem is a part of hip-hop culture. He’s one of the best that ever rocked the mic. He’s very lyrically talented and if that’s what his fans needed to hear so that they can leave me alone, then so be it.” Benzino added.

Later in the interview, Zino talked about Royce attacking his daughter Coi Leray on Twitter: “Royce said pretty nasty things about my daughter and I’m hoping that he finds within himself to apologize. I believe what he said was not wanted. I hope he sees me being a bigger man and he can be a bigger man to apologize the s**t that he said about Coi because I took that serious. I will be in Detroit soon. Hopefully we can get face to face and it would be his best interest to apologize.”
