IDK says Eminem Heard His New Record and He Liked It

Even as an independent artist, IDK still has connections in high places. On his latest mixtape, Even The Devil Smiles, the Maryland native teams up with industry heavyweights like Kaytranada, Pusha T, MF Doom, No I.D., DMX, RZA and Black Thought.

Before his performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, IDK stopped by COVER LINES to talk about ETDS, his past prison sentence, high-profile collaborations, viral tweets, his upcoming memoir, and more.

At one point of the interview, IDK talked about DJ Whoo Kid checking in and revealed Eminem heard his record and he liked it: “I just found out today Eminem heard the record and I assume he’s not gonna sue me for the little Whoo Kid drop piece with his voice in it. Em said he liked the record.” IDK said.

Back in 2020, IDK revealed that he learned how to rap good by listening to Royce Da 5’9″ and Eminem a lot. You can watch the new interview below:
