Zayn Malik shows love to Eminem

Zayn Malik has revealed that he is a big fan of Eminem. He reveals he not just admires the work of the Slim Shady, but also believes that there are some really strong similarities between his life and the Detroit legend. Zayn opened that he initially felt inspired by his movie 8 Mile as he saw a reflection of his childhood in the film. He could relate to the movie personally.

In his recent appearance at BBC Radio 1, Zayn Malik said: “I remember watching 8 Mile for the first time when I was growing up in Bradford and that movie inspired me. It felt like he was growing up in kind of a similar environment to me, in his life. The things he overcame and did were incredibly inspiring.”

“So Eminem will always be one of the top rappers. I just rate that guy so highly. He’s a genius.” Zayn added.
