F1 driver Logan Sargeant reveals an Eminem song he listens to before racing

Formula 1 driver Logan Sargeant has recently sat down on GQ Magazine where the young racer listed ten things he can’t live without. From his Williams Racing helmet and an Eminem CD to a ton of Miami sports memorabilia and his passport, these are the Logan Sargeant’s essentials. (Check the video after the jump below)

“Knees weak, arms are heavy, there’s vomit on his sweater already, mom’s spaghetti, he’s nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to drop bombs. It’s a good song!” says Logan Sargeant.

Then he continues: “So we got an 8 Mile CD right here. I’m just calling out one track, which is “Lose Yourself.” It is literally my hype song. It has always been — to get me in the mode I need to get into before a race. You know, you have been through it. You have done everything to get to that moment. You gotta make it count, as it says.
