Eminem‘s “Till I Collapse,” featuring Nate Dogg from The Eminem Show (2002) album has surpassed 1.5 BILLION streams on Spotify, making it the only non-single song in history to reach this milestone.

Anyone looking to make good use of that New Year’s resolution gym membership may want to give Eminem’s 2002 diamond-certified album a revisit or maybe 8 Mile soundtracks album. According to study done by Spotify couple of years ago, “Till I Collapse” is the top global song of all time for exercising and working out — a distinction its held for three years straight. Eminem’s Academy and Grammy Award-winning “Lose Yourself” also ranks at No. 2.

The figures have been extrapolated from the 43.5 million workout-related playlists used by the streaming giant’s nearly 191 million active monthly users.

Few years back, TIME magazine listed 50 Best Workout Songs and put “Till I Collapse” at number one.

“One of Eminem’s big hits also happens to be a pep talk. “When you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up,” he intones, “but you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength.” Then he blasts off. When the going gets hard, Eminem is here to take you through to the finish line — whatever the workout, whatever the challenge.” – TIME

In the similar news, 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” has also joined the billions club on Spotify. It’s Fiddy’s first ever song to reach this accolade.
